★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca vi um atendimento tão demorado na minha vida!! E não é que demoram com a pessoa no balcão. Pelo contrário, atendem em 3 minutos, mas demoram anos para chamar a próxima pessoa. Tudo parece ser em velocidade 0.5x aqui.
Até a sala da coleta demora para chamar.
Sou gestante, ficha preferencial, e estou HÁ MAIS DE UMA HORA esperando para fazer coleta de sangue.
 I have never seen such a long service in my life!! And it's not that they take time with the person at the counter. On the contrary, they answer in 3 minutes, but take years to call the next person. Everything seems to be at 0.5x speed here.
Even the collection room takes a while to call.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui atendido no Laboratório Lapecco, setor do SUS.
Quando cheguei lá, notei que estava bastante cheio e fiquei um pouco desanimado e até pensei em ir embora. Já estava estressado por causa do trânsito e quando vi o local cheio pensei que teria mais uma dor de cabeça. Mas foi bem diferente! Desde a retirada da senha, até a coleta foi tudo perfeito!! O atendimento foi super rápido, as atendentes super simpáticas e sorridentes. Nem sei se demorei lá, mas O tempo que fiquei no Laboratório, valeu muito a pena! Vocês são tops!! Parabéns

When I got there, I noticed that it was quite crowded and I got a little discouraged and even thought about leaving. I was already stressed because of the traffic and when I saw the place full I thought I would have another headache. But it was very different! From the password withdrawal, to the collection, everything was perfect!! The service was super fast, the attendants super friendly and smiling. I don't even know if it took me there, but the time I spent at the Laboratory was well worth it! You are tops!! Congratulations

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou na clínica Lapecco com atraso de mais de 2 horas, marcaram um RX do Tórax para 08:20, cheguei 07:50 e eles foram me atender 10:30.
Falta de respeito com o próximo, trabalho a noite e conto com o sono do dia, pois tenho que voltar.
Quando uma empresa não cumpre com os horários por ela imposto ela prejudica muito mais que horas.
Falta de preparo, falta de respeito, falta de empatia. Optem por outra clínica para fazer o RX do Tórax
Apos minha reclamações a senhora Natalia me ligou demonstrando preocupação em tratar esse problema.
Apesar do problema, outros exames são referência em BH e região como Sangue, Urina, otorrinolaringologia. Uma vez que possui rapidez e cuidado com o paciente

O descaso e a falta de preparação já foi desde o início. Ao chegar na clínica não foi avisado que o resultado estava demorando, apenas após a autorização, na coleta do exame fui informada que o exame estava sendo realizado apenas em partes pois o laboratório não tinha insumos para realizar o exame completo conforme o médico havia pedido.
Descado geral.....
O meu atestado já venceu no sábado, e hj ????
Pois o resultado só irá ficar pronto amanhã.
Se tivesse agravado até o atestado de óbito sairia mais rápido.
Brincadeira viu.... Não recomendo a ninguém

When I arrived at the clinic, I was not warned that the result was taking too long, only after authorization, in the collection of the exam, I was informed that the exam was being carried out only in parts because the laboratory did not have supplies to perform the complete exam as the doctor had requested.

My certificate expired on Saturday, and today ????
Because the result will only be ready tomorrow.
If it had even worsened the death certificate it would have come out faster.
Just kidding.... I don't recommend it to anyone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ofereceu um bom pacote para o concurso da PMMG, com praticamente todos os exames solicitados pelo edital no valor de R$ 1300,00.
Eu, bem como vários outros candidatos contratamos o pacote para realização dos exames, porém, sem aviso prévio, o grupo Lapecco alterou o valor do pacote para R$1350,00 mesmo para quem já havia agendado os exames, alegando alteração no preço dos insumos.
Além disso, no pacote, a clínica incluiu um exame de eletrocardiograma acrescendo mais R$ 60,00 as expensas dos candidatos, sendo que este exame sequer faz parte dos exames solicitados pelo edital, quando questionados, alegaram que o eletrocardiograma "faz parte" do pacote. Obrigando desta forma que os candidatos pagassem por um serviço desnecessário para o fim do concurso.
Além disso, a organização do laboratório é péssima, atrasos absurdos apesar dos agendamentos de horário. Pacientes espalhados pelos corredores da clínica aguardando exames sem perspectiva de horário ou qualquer satisfação da clínica.
Por fim, o atendimento só é possível presencialmente pois NUNCA atendem os telefones, como se não bastasse, atendentes de "posso ajudar" extremamente mal educadas.
Espero que apesar dos pesares a clínica consiga cumprir os prazos e realize os exames corretamente pois seu atendimento péssimo e desorganização põe em descrédito a competência e profissionalismo do laboratório.

Finally, the service is only possible in person as they NEVER answer the phones, as if that weren't enough, extremely rude "I can help" attendants.
I hope that despite the pains, the clinic is able to meet the deadlines and perform the exams correctly because its terrible service and disorganization discredit the competence and professionalism of the laboratory.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um ultrassom e foi tudo sensacional aí precisei fazer um beta hcg e voltei no laboratório devido a boa experiência que tive, esqueci de perguntar quando tempo para sair o resultado antes de realizar o exame (já que esse exame é simples e no geral o resultado é rápido) quando fui vê meu resultado só sairia na quarta-feira e fiz o exame no sábado. Passei na recepção e informei que precisa do resultado antes pois a minha consulta seria na quarta às 9:30. Liguei em outros laboratórios para saber se eu calculei errado ou se minha médica me informou errado e o máximo que deram de prazo para esse mesmo exame foi no dia seguinte, ou seja, só lá que esse exame necessita de tanto tempo para liberar o resultado. Para exames de análises clínicas eu não indico e não volto mais. O atendimento em relação a isso deixa a desejar pois eu queria informação para saber se seria necessário desmarcar a consulta e simplesmente falam que não podem falar. Conversei com uma atendente e ela conseguiu liberar pra minutos antes da consulta.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive um PÉSSIMA experiência com essa clínica, me foi informado por telefone que para realizar o risco cirúrgico, era preciso fazer o Eletro e depois consultar com o cardiologista, então me agendaram para realizar ambos no mesmo dia, chegando lá uma demora imensa para emitir a guia do plano dele saúde, me foi informado depois de quase meia hora que o sistema do convênio estava fora do ar e não havia previsão. Eu entendo que a culpa não é da clínica mas a falta de empatia é triste, perguntei se não havia como deixar eu fazer o Eletro e depois assinar as guias, pois naquele dia havia saído mais cedo do trabalho para resolver isso, mas me foi negado, fui embora sem conseguir resolver. Mas boba fui lá e dei outra chance, liguei e expliquei para a atendente oque havia ocorrido no dia anterior e pedi para ela agendar para mim novamente, o eletro e o clínico. Chegando lá novamente a atendente me informa que não tinha cardiologista atendendo naquele dia e que provavelmente EU não havia solicitado corretamente, que havia agendado apenas o eletro. Fiquei extremamente chateada pois havia perdido horas do serviço novamente. A atendente me disse que veria se um clínico disponível podia fazer para mim o risco cirúrgico, mas ele já estava indo embora e não conseguiu fazer. Aceitei fazer o Eletro pois irá levar em outra clínica para o médico ver, depois de fazer o Eletro me informam que ficaria pronto dali a 5 dias ...
Não entendi, então porque iriam me agendar no mesmo dia se o médico não teria o exame em mãos ?? Uma total falta de informação. Ninguém ali sabe nada l!!
Fora a falta de empatia, custei a marcar minha cirurgia, e perdi dois dias lá tentando fazer algo simples. Não indico para ninguém, pois me deu muita dor de cabeça. Tive que sair nesse dia as pressas atrás de um médico pois não confiava que eles iriam me entregar a tempo da cirurgia. Vergonhoso..

I agreed to do the Electro because I will take it to another clinic for the doctor to see, after doing the Electro they inform me that it would be ready in 5 days...
I didn't understand, so why would they schedule me on the same day if the doctor wouldn't have the exam in hand?? A total lack of information. Nobody there knows anything there!!
Aside from the lack of empathy, I had a hard time scheduling my surgery, and I wasted two days there trying to do something simple. I don't recommend it to anyone because it gave me a lot of headache. I had to leave that day in a hurry looking for a doctor because I didn't trust that they would deliver me in time for the surgery. Shameful..
