★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu tenho plano de saúde e sou moradora de Jardim de Camburi e confesso que lá sou muito mais bem atendida de forma rápida do que no particular. Agendo tudo pelo aplicativo da prefeitura, e quando não consigo chego lá e logo me atendem, passo pela triagem e sempre resolvo o que vou buscar. Pego os remédios receitados pelos médicos que sempre me atenderam com muita simpatia e atenção, melhor até do que no particular que gastei menos de 15 minutos. Lá fui atendida por um médico, já de uma certa idade que me examinou e viu todo o meu histórico, sai de lá super satisfeita. Só faço uma sugestão, gostaria que fosse 24 horas, pois assim deixaria de pagar o plano de saúde, que está muito caro e não resolve.
 I have a health plan and I live in Jardim de Camburi and I confess that I am much better served there quickly than in private. I act all through the city hall application, and when I can't get there and they answer me soon, I go through the screening and always decide what I'm going to get. I take the medications prescribed by the doctors who have always treated me with a lot of sympathy and attention, even better than the one I spent less than 15 minutes on. There I was attended by a doctor, already of a certain age who examined me and saw my entire history, I left very satisfied. I only make one suggestion, I would like it to be 24 hours, because then I would stop paying the health plan, which is very expensive and does not solve it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ todas as vezes que ligo, não só nesse numero, mas os que estão na carteirinha, para tentar resolver algo, marcar consulta tirar duvidas, desmarcar, nunca atendem, impressionante!! Minha mãe tem 90 anos, as vezes levo ela e fico muitas horas esperando algo que poderia ser tão rápido e resolvido por telefone. O atendimento do posto é bom, mas só conseguimos fazer as coisas pessoalmente, por telefone nunca!! Os responsáveis poderiam dar mais atenção para esse suporte!!

The service at the clinic is good, but we can only do things in person, over the phone, never!! Those responsible could pay more attention to this support!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deus ilumine a vida desses funcionários. Sempre fui bem atendida, por pessoas que realmente queriam me ajudar, quando eu mais precisava. Merecem muito o apoio e o respeito da população e mais recursos do estado. Quando estiverem estressados, por favor não descontem nos funcionários. Eles são muito competentes e do bem!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive no PA (06/12/2022) para fazer teste rápido de Covid. Inicialmente informaram q NAO estavam fazendo o teste...só consulta, porém comentei que no dia anterior uma amiga tinha feito o teste nesse PA. Depois de muito eu argumentar e mostrar q a pessoa tinha feito o teste, disseram q não poderiam me atender pq estavam com menos 1 pessoa no atendimento e que eu procurasse outro local pra fazer. Me senti enganada e pior, saí sem ser atendida. Nao tenho mais Confiança nas informações que são passadas naquele posto. Tive q provar que eles estavam mentindo pra mim. Foi constrangedor.
I was in PA (12/06/2022) to do a quick Covid test. Initially they informed that they were NOT taking the test...only consultation, but I commented that the day before a friend had taken the test in this PA. After a lot of reasoning and showing that the person had taken the test, they said they couldn't assist me because they had 1 person less in attendance and that I would look for another place to do it. I felt cheated and worse, I left unattended. I no longer have confidence in the information that is passed on at that post. I had to prove they were lying to me. It was embarrassing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior possível, a enfermeira sala 13 desprezou meu atendimento de triagem prolongando minha espera por mais de 100 minutos, desde às 10:00 da manhã até agora, NÃO FUI ATENDIDO, apesar de ter apresentado a mesma por duas vezes e sem que houvesse outras pessoas para serem atendidas. Neste momento do 11:53.... Se não quer trabalhar, conversar com sua superior e peça substituição.
Vergonhoso este atendimento.
