★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fizeram um orçamento, enviaram por e-mail e quatro semanas depois disseram que mudou o técnico e a direção e que aquele orçamento não poderia ser cumprido. Me devolveram o aparelho quebrado e cobraram um conserto parcial que eu nunca autorizei.
Boa sorte nessa nova administração da empresa.
They made a budget, sent it by email, and four weeks later they said they changed the coach and the direction and that budget could not be fulfilled. They gave me back the broken appliance and got a partial repair I never authorized.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca mais deixo nada nesse lugar , deixei aparelhos para concerto não recebi nenhuma mensagem após eu ficar procurando o telefone para contato , a atendente que já estavam com os aparelhos a mais de 5 dias sem resposta se quer havia feito o orçamento e disse que não podia testar porque não tinha um cabo dentro de uma assistência técnica ? Como pode indignada fui buscar os aparelhos sem concerto e sem orçamento ...em um ano desses aonde devemos fidelizar nossos clientes tratamos as pessoas como se elas estivessem fazendo um favor simplismente lamentável não indico e nunca mais comprarei e nem irei sem contar que nem lugar para estacionar tem !!!!
I never leave anything in that place again, I left devices for the concert I didn't receive any messages after I was looking for the contact phone, the attendant who had been with the devices for more than 5 days without an answer if he had done the budget and said he couldn't test because there was no cable inside a service center? How can you be indignant I went to get the devices without a concert and without a budget ... in a year like this where we must retain our customers we treat people as if they were doing a simply pitiful favor I do not indicate and will never buy nor will I go without telling you that no place have to park !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ficou com meu aparelho três meses pra "resolver" o problema ( a maioria que eles mesmos causaram ). Sem contar eu ter que ficar mendigando uma resposta, as coisas só andaram quando eu comecei a chamar em todas as redes sociais possíveis
