★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha TV de 65 Polegadas estava precisando de uma atualização e não ligava ficava em Looping e por telefone o Técnico Senhor Italo me atendeu muito bem e fez os procedimento devido com as instruções por WhatsApp e a TV volto a funcionar.
Já tinha entrado em contato com 3 assistências técnicas e todas com discurso que teria que levar a TV na loja , entrei em contato com a Sony pelo Chat e eles me indicaram a HelpMaq, minha TV tem 65 Polegadas meu carro não entra , não quis correr o risco de ter que pagar um transporte e ainda trincar o LED em fim , se não fosse a gentileza e cordialidade da assistência iria passar o fim de ano sem TV.
Parabéns pelo atendimento e sucesso e prosperidade em seu negocio que continuem sem assim !!!
 My 65-inch TV was in need of an update and would not turn on, it was in Looping and by phone Mr. Italo attended me very well and carried out the necessary procedures with instructions by WhatsApp and the TV is back up and running.
I had already contacted 3 technical assistances and all of them with speeches that I would have to take the TV to the store, I contacted Sony through Chat and they referred me to HelpMaq, my TV is 65 inches long, my car does not enter, I did not want to run the risk of having to pay for transport and even cracking the LED in the end, if it weren't for the kindness and cordiality of the assistance, I would spend the end of the year without a TV.

Very honest. I left my TV there and the problem was just a bad connection in the power cord. They fixed it and didn't charge me anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Escolhi a Helpmaq pelos cometários postados na internet e realmente o atendimento é excelente. Minha TV Sony 55 polegadas não ligava com erro de 6 piscadas. Após analise do técnico, não foi encontrado nenhum defeito e a TV voltou a funcionar. Fiquei muito satisfeito pela honestidade da Empresa e seus funcionários.
I chose Helpmaq by the comments posted on the internet and the service is really excellent. My Sony 55 inch TV would not turn on with 6 blink error. After analysis by the technician, no defect was found and the TV started working again. I was very pleased with the honesty of the Company and its employees.

Tudo no mesmo dia, sem precisar esperar dias por orçamentos, ou precisar ficar levando e trazendo a TV. Recomendo.
I had a problem with my TV and on the same day I called Helpmaq, the technicians identified the problem over the phone and already brought the parts to my house and changed them straight to the TV. All in the same day, without having to wait days for quotes, or having to bring the TV back and forth. I recommend.
