 Disappointing experience. I left my camera for a 10-day informed budget. There were 20 days and several contacts with no return. The technician is never on site, which explains the absurd deadlines.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo serviço e atendimento. Deixei a câmera, fizeram orçamento, me ligaram que ficaria pronta em 5 dias, autorizei o serviço e nunca fizeram. Retirei a câmera depois de 15 dias sem ter o problema resolvido, sem nenhum retorno e sempre com desculpas. Fujam desse lugar.
Poor service and care. I left the camera, they made a budget, they called me that it would be ready in 5 days, I authorized the service and they never did. I removed the camera after 15 days without having the problem solved, without any feedback and always with excuses. Get away from this place.
