★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz uma compra no dia 08/09/21 às 16:21 com cartão de crédito, digitei senha, recebi confirmação da compra e de repente o atendente no caixa disse que a compra não tinha sido efetivada. O funcionário da loja ligou para a administração que gerencia os pagamentos e reportou que essa máquina já havia dado o mesmo problema hoje de manhã. . Chamaram o gerente, sr. Thiago José Ribeiro Pereira, que continuou com a conversa com a empresa e lhe disseram que a compra não havia “entrado”. Como não havia “entrado” não tinham como fazer o estorno. Liguei para a administradora do cartão e disseram que a compra havia sido feita. Mostrei o SMS e o extrato do aplicativo. Mesmo assim nada. Sai da loja sem mercadoria, mas tendo pago. E agora José.
I made a purchase on 09/08/21 at 4:21 pm with a credit card, typed in a password, received confirmation of the purchase and suddenly the cashier said that the purchase had not been made.
