As duas atendentes que estavam na loja ficaram conversando com um único cliente que já havia pagado suas compras no caixa enquanto esperávamos ser atendidos, já estávamos com as roupas escolhidas e esperamos por atendimento e as duas funcionárias simplesmente ignoraram.

Bad experience. The two attendants who were in the store were talking to a single customer who had already paid for their purchases at the cashier while we waited to be served, we already had the clothes chosen and we waited for service and the two employees simply ignored it.

Comprei um presente na loja Hering shopping Rio Mar, ao realizar a compra falei que seria um presente e perguntei se a pessoa poderia trocar, a vendedora falou que poderia sim, em qualquer loja, aconteceu que realmente a pessoa presenteada ter que ir trocar na loja do Iguatemi, ao chegar lá foi informado que só trocariam com um voucher de troca que deveria estar junto a peça , que se encontrava normalmente com etiqueta, sendo que em nenhum momento me falaram desse voucher e creio eu que não colocaram na peça, então não queriam trocar o presente, algo muito desagradável a pessoa ter que sair da loja sem efetuar a troca, então tive que enviar o cupom fiscal para a pessoa comprovar. Liguei para a loja do Iguatemi onde expliquei a situação, a vendedora que me atendeu muito grosseiramente e de forma ignorante me atendeu dizendo que era esse o procedimento e não quis nem me ouvir direito, dizendo a pessoa teria que voltar e levar o cupom fiscal ! Fica a dica de reverem esse procedimento ou capacitar melhor os funcionários, tanto nas orientações presenciais como ao telefone . Irão perder clientes dessa forma !

I bought a gift at the store Hering shopping Rio Mar, when making the purchase I said it would be a gift and asked if the person could exchange it, the seller said that yes, in any store, it happened that the person gifted really had to go to the store from Iguatemi, when they got there it was informed that they would only exchange it with an exchange voucher that should be attached to the piece, which was normally labeled, and at no time did they tell me about this voucher and I believe they didn't put it in the piece, so no they wanted to exchange the gift, something very unpleasant for the person to have to leave the store without making the exchange, so I had to send the tax coupon to the person to prove it. I called the Iguatemi store where I explained the situation, the saleswoman who answered me very rudely and ignorantly answered me saying that this was the procedure and did not even listen to me, saying the person would have to come back and take the tax coupon! It is a tip to review this procedure or better train employees, both in person and on the phone. They will lose customers that way!
