Espero que você não seja cliente da TIM, mas caso seja e se for realmente necessário você ter o desprazer de precisar desse atendimento recomendo que vá com muito tempo livre e bom humor. Se prepare para longos momentos de frustração.
 Worst service experience I've had in a long time!
I hope you are not a customer of TIM, but if it is and if it is really necessary you have the displeasure of needing this service, I recommend that you go with a lot of free time and good humor. Get ready for long moments of frustration.

Ano passado comprei meu celular e conferi todo o aparelho na loja mas quando cheguei em casa percebi o cabo rachado e ficou por isso mesmo.. e era um note10+, não foi barato. Esse ano vou acabar optando por comprar no site da Tim ou noutra loja, apesar do atendimento excelente da equipe de vendas, mas unicamente pela gerência. Outra sugestão seria, em tempos de covid, facilitar a venda não presencial.
There are good sellers but lack of management willingness to sell. Last year I bought my cell phone and checked the entire device in the store but when I got home I noticed the cable was cracked and that was it... and it was a note10+, it wasn't cheap. This year I will end up choosing to buy on Tim's website or in another store, despite the excellent service provided by the sales team, but solely by the management. Another suggestion would be, in covid times, to facilitate off-site sales.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior atendimento e recepção que já tive. Não recomendo e ainda indico, se precisarem do atendimento da Tim em suas lojas, melhor mudar de operadora. É um fiasco. O atrevimento dos atendentes são impares e chega a ser próximo de nós, clientes, implorarmos por sermos atendidos como se eles estivessem fazendo um favor e não o seu trabalho. Foi uma experiência traumática e muito infeliz.
Worst service and reception I have ever had. I do not recommend and still do, if you need Tim's service in your stores, better change operator. It's a fiasco. The audacity of the attendants is unique and it is close to us, customers, to beg to be attended as if they were doing a favor and not their job. It was a traumatic and very unhappy experience.

POIS SE HOUVER DEFEITO (SEJA QUAL FOR) NAO TROCAM APARELHO MESMO SE COMUNICADO O DEFEITO EM MESMO DIA DA COMPRA. Compramos iPhone 12 e em mesmo dia com defeito no sistema. A loja não quis saber sobre do que se tratava defeito. Cliente que se vire com assistência. Apple não substitui aparelho, se defeito possa ser reparado na assistência local.
TIM RIO MAR PAPICU STORE: DO NOT BUY CELL PHONE DEVICES AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!! BECAUSE IF THERE IS A DEFECT (ANYTHING) THEY DO NOT REPLACE THE DEVICE EVEN IF THE DEFECT IS REPORTED ON THE SAME DAY OF PURCHASE. We bought iPhone 12 and the same day with system defect. The store didn't want to know what the defect was about. Customer turn around with assistance. Apple does not replace a device if the defect can be repaired by local service.
