Ou seja, ganhe seu presente e peça a nota fiscal a quem te presentiou. Ao ligar para a central, dizem que há lojas próprias e lojas de franquia, e que por isso, nada podiam fazer pois a loja de Salvador não é própria. Parabéns, Hering.
The store does not exchange products that do not have an invoice, even with the label intact. They claim that prices vary between stores. In other words, get your gift and ask for the invoice from the person who gave it to you. When calling the central, they say that they have their own stores and franchise stores, and for that reason, they could do nothing because the store in Salvador is not their own.
