★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lar shopping péssimo pós venda, mandaram meu sofá para outro endereço não especificado no pedido, que transtorno, além do mais não entregam no prazo, telefone não atendem, quando atendem são arrogantes. Montagem não é programada para o outro dia, conforme informado pela vendedora. Vc fica sem saber quando vai ser a montagem, depois de ligar para vários números , em que a ligação caiu, dou a sorte de ser atendido. Quando até que fim informam uma data ,sendo dois dias depois, na data da montagem ligo outra vez para saber em que período vai ser a montagem, aí informam que não sabem pq a moto do montador quebrou, ficando de retornarem a ligação para confirmação , não retornaram a ligação.
Por sorte no horário de méio dia apareceu o montador. Tive que aceitar incomodando os vizinhos.
Espero nunca mais comprar nessa pessima loja
Home shopping lousy after sales, they sent my sofa to another address not specified in the order, which inconvenience, besides they don't deliver on time, the phone doesn't answer, when they answer they are arrogant. Assembly is not scheduled for the other day, as informed by the seller. You do not know when the assembly will be, after calling several numbers, where the call dropped, I am lucky to be answered. When until the end they inform a date, being two days later, on the date of the assembly I call again to know in what period the assembly will be, then they inform that they do not know why the assembler's bike broke, getting the call back for confirmation, they did not return the call.
Luckily at midday the editor appeared. I had to accept it by disturbing the neighbors.
I hope I never buy again in this terrible store

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima, comprei um sofá dia 11/12/2020 pagando à vista, com previsão de entrega pra 60 dias e até agora 03/05/2021 nada. Segundo a loja o problema e à falta de matéria prima na fábrica. O que eu tenho com isso, loja sem credibilidade nenhuma, o mínimo que poderia fazer é devolver o dinheiro que foi quase 5000,00. Vou procurar o Procon, a polícia e registrar no reclame aqui.
Terribly, I bought a sofa on 11/12/2020 paying in cash, with delivery scheduled for 60 days and so far 03/05/2021 nothing. According to the store the problem and the lack of raw material in the factory. What I have with this, store without any credibility, the least I could do is return the money that was almost 5000.00. I'm going to look for Procon, the police and register with the complaint here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compramos um sofá a vista no dia 17/11, o combinado que o sofá seria entregue dia 09/12, ligaram e disseram que não seria dia 09/12 que seria dia 16/12, um dia antes mudaram novamente a data da entrega p dia 20/12, deixamos de viajar a trabalho p esperar o sofá que novamente não foi entregue na data combinada. Vamos acionar nosso direito como consumidor. A empresa não é seria e não cumpre com os compromissos, lembrando que não parcelamos, compramos a vista R$ 3.600,00 suado em tempos de pandemia. Que falta de respeito, compromisso e seriedade dessa empresa. A loja foi a do shopping Barra.

On 12/20, we stopped traveling on business to wait for the sofa, which again was not delivered on the agreed date. Let's trigger our right as a consumer.
