★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fomos apenas ver um imóvel para alugar para a minha mãe sem compromisso algum. Muito embora o imóvel de fato tinha as características que procurávamos ( proximidade etc... ) decidimos por alugar pelo atendimento prestado. Fomos excepcionalmente atendidos pelo Sr Luiz.
Um rapaz extremamente educado e prestativo que nos orientou e apresentou o imóvel de forma profissional. Isto foi decisivo para a nossa escolha. Recomendo !!!!!
We were just seeing a property to rent for my mother without commitment any. Although the property actually had the characteristics we were looking for (proximity etc ...) we decided to rent for the service provided. We were exceptionally attended by Mr Luiz.
An extremely polite and helpful boy who oriented us and presented the property in a professional way. This was decisive for our choice. I recommend !!!!!

O corretor não apareceu no dia e horário marcado e a(o) atendente interrompeu abruptamente o atendimento. Como o corretor não apareceu e não atendia o celular, contatamos a imobiliária para saber o que aconteceu. Às 18h recebo uma mensagem automática dizendo que o horário de atendimento é somente comercial. No dia seguinte a justificativa da interrupção foi de que trabalham conforme CLT e não podem atender após o horário.
Demais comentários fiz à (ao) atendente via whatsapp. Por favor, revejam esta questão. É muito importante.
Unfortunately we had a bad experience.
The broker did not show up on the appointed day and time and the attendant abruptly interrupted the service. As the realtor didn't show up and didn't answer his cell phone, we contacted the real estate company to find out what happened. At 18:00 I receive an automatic message saying that the opening hours are only business hours. The following day, the reason for the interruption was that they work according to CLT and cannot attend after hours.
Too many comments I made to the attendant via whatsapp. Please review this question. It's very important.
