★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não muito boa, comprei um porta pp higienico com lixeira pelo magazine luiza, a transportadora não me encontrou, o produto entrou em rota de devolução, entrei em contato via chat com o magazine luiza por umas tres vezes sem solução, enviei msg para a home e deco via stie magazine luiza, retorno algum. Entrei em contato via watsapp nada, resolvi ir pro reclame aqui, nada de resposta.
Not very good, I bought a hygienic pp door with trash by luiza magazine, the carrier did not find me, the product went on a return route, I contacted chat with luiza magazine for three times without a solution, I sent msg to home and deco via stie magazine luiza, some return. I contacted via watsapp nothing, I decided to go to the complaint here, no answer.

Só não dou 5 estrelas porque o envio é pelo Correio, muito caro e demorado, ainda peguei uma greve do Correio no meio. Conclusão, recebi a mercadoria em 14/09/20. Sugiro que a Home e Deco utilize transportadoras para agilizar a entrega dos pedidos. No mais, tudo ótimo! Adorei minhas gavetas aramadas. Ótima qualidade e bom preço. Loja séria.
I bought 2 wire drawers on 8/14/20. I was very satisfied with the product just like the one in the photo and with a very good price. I just don’t give 5 stars because shipping is by Courier, very expensive and time consuming, I still got a courier strike in the middle. Conclusion, I received the goods on 09/14/20. I suggest that Home and Deco use carriers to expedite the delivery of orders. Everything else is great! I loved my wire drawers. Great quality and good price. Serious shop.

They haven't delivered until today 3/31 an order placed and paid on 2/10 via the underwater site of a 30L dump. Lack of total responsibility with the customer, first and last time I buy from this store.
