I met Hopevet on the recommendation of a friend of mine. At first I was afraid because I had never heard of the place but as my friend said it very well I decided to take my pets for routine exams. I loved the place, the professionals are very competent and the receptionists are very friendly. I will definitely come back when needed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência horrível ( valor cobrado não faz jus ao atendimento), atendimento com descaso ao meu pet … foi prescrito em receita uma medicação chamada gabapentina para realização de uma ultrassom … no dia do exame fiz a preparação como s recomendava na receita , ao chegar ao hospital o exame não foi realizado pq não tinha o anestesista para fazer o preparo ( sendo q na receita estava em letra maiúscula “COM SEDAÇÃO “) meu pet voltou para casa sem realizar os exames e sem diagnóstico com um custo alto de hospital , descaso total e até hoje ficou por isso mesmo , na internet eh tudo muito bonito ,mas a vida real eh outra realidade , Hospital Hope +respeitos com seus pacientes .Avaliação bem sincera aq para Google.
Horrible experience (amount charged does not justify the service), care with disregard for my pet … a medication called gabapentin was prescribed in the prescription to perform an ultrasound … on the day of the exam I prepared as recommended in the prescription, when I arrived at the hospital the exam was not performed because there was no anesthesiologist to do the preparation (and the prescription was in capital letter "WITH SEDATION") my pet returned home without performing the exams and without diagnosis with a high hospital cost, total neglect and until today it was just that, on the internet it's all very beautiful, but real life is another reality, Hope Hospital +respects with its patients. Very sincere evaluation here for Google.

Embora, mesmo com todos os esforços, não foi possível reverter o problema da minha gatinha devido ao quadro clínico já instalado.
Agradeço de todo meu coração a dedicação de médicos, enfermeiros, recepcionistas e pessoal de limpeza pelo carinho que têm com os pets.
Especial agradecimento ao DR. Marco, Dra. Letícia, Dra.Maitê, Dra.Natalia, Elis Regina e a menina da limpeza (perdão por não ter perguntado seu nome).

It was the first time I used the services of this clinic.
Although, even with all the efforts, it was not possible to reverse my kitten's problem due to the clinical picture already installed.
I thank with all my heart the dedication of doctors, nurses, receptionists and cleaning staff for the affection they have with pets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A clínica parece ter uma ótima estrutura e fui bem atendida pelas veterinárias que realizaram exames de ecocardiograma e ultrassonografia na minha cachorrinha. Porém, deixa bastante a desejar na comunicação. Agendei 2 exames em datas diferentes e nas 2 tive algum problema de comunicação. No primeiro exame, fui cobrada por um valor diferente do informado via whatsapp no agendamento, ter a mensagem salva não foi argumento suficiente. O incômodo nesse caso, não é nem pelo valor adicional, mas pela informação errada mesmo. No segundo exame fui atendida por uma veterinária diferente da com quem havia marcado quando do agendamento. Não fui informada e nem consultada sobre a troca e só agendei os exames em datas diferentes pra poder fazer com a veterinária que havia pedido.
The clinic seems to have a great structure and I was well attended by the vets who performed echocardiogram and ultrasound exams on my dog. However, it leaves a lot to be desired in communication. I scheduled 2 exams on different dates and in both I had some communication problem. In the first exam, I was charged a different amount from the one informed via whatsapp in the appointment, having the message saved was not enough argument. The inconvenience in this case is not even the additional value, but the wrong information. In the second exam I was attended by a different veterinarian from the one I had scheduled when scheduling. I was not informed or consulted about the exchange and I only scheduled the exams on different dates to be able to do it with the vet I had requested.
