★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estava acompanhando um paciente nesta unidade, o mesmo foi para retirada de pontos pôs cirurgia. Esperamos por mais de 2 horas, horrível atendimento, sugiro levar alguns livros, fica a dica!
 I was accompanying a patient in this unit, the same was for the removal of stitches and surgery. We waited for more than 2 hours, horrible service, I suggest taking some books, here's the tip!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento por parte das atendentes, agem com nojo e soberba com os clientes. Além do absurdo longo tempo de espera para fazer a ficha, imagino que o atendimento médico será outra eternidade. NÃO RECOMENDO!
Poor service from the attendants, they act with disgust and pride with the customers. In addition to the absurd long waiting time to make the form, I imagine that medical care will be another eternity. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento médico foi excelente, porém as atendentes são péssimas... fui com minha mãe, idosa 70 anos, e elas não nos prestaram a informação corretamente nos deixando a espera sem necessidade. Sugiro que seja feito um treinamento.
The medical assistance was excellent, but the attendants are terrible ... I went with my mother, 70 years old, and they didn't give us the information correctly, leaving us waiting unnecessarily. I suggest that training be done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O lugar tem estacionamento próprio e possui uma ótima estrutura física. O atendimento por telefone e whatsapp foram rápidos e tranquilos. As atendentes são muito profissionais. Quanto ao tempo de espera, não foi nada do outro mundo... até porque normalmente queremos ser bem atendidos na nossa vez e para isso o profissional deve ser meticuloso com cada um. É recomendável andar com um livro na bolsa para situações de espera. Quanto ao atendimento do Dr Max, foi excelente. Notável competência no que realiza com muito cuidado e responsabilidade. Dessa vez fui com meu marido, porém já agendei minha consulta pelo whatsapp. Recomendo e agradeço!
The place has its own parking and has a great physical structure. The telephone and whatsapp service were quick and easy. The attendants are very professional. As for the waiting time, it was nothing out of this world ... not least because we usually want to be well served on our turn and for that the professional must be meticulous with each one. It is recommended to carry a book in your bag for waiting situations. As for the service of Dr Max, it was excellent. Notable competence in what you do with great care and responsibility. This time I went with my husband, but I already scheduled my appointment via whatsapp. I recommend and thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento! Desorganização total. Me mandaram chegar as 9:40 e estou aqui as 11:15 sem se quer o primeiro atendimento. Perguntei se não havia algo errado, a atendente foi ao consultório e saiu sem resposta nenhuma, ao perguntar novamente ela se quer sabia meu nome!! Descaso total!
Terrible attendance! Total disorganization. I was told to arrive at 9:40 and I'm here at 11:15 without the first call. I asked if there was something wrong, the attendant went to the office and left without any answer, when I asked again if she even knew my name!! Total disregard!
