★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O serviço é de muita qualidade, porém os pacientes chegam e sentam no chão pois a clínica fecha toda sua parte interna deixando apenas o corredor para os pacientes que vão chegando.

Não dão nenhuma satisfação.
Não retornarei e não recomendo a ninguém.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo. Os pacientes chegam pegam a senha e ficam esperando. Detalhe as atendentes conversam entre si dizendo que o médico está livre sem pacientes, claro os pacientes ficam aguardando serem chamados e não chamam ?

Aí, uma assistente me leva para outras duas salas, estas com o ar condicionado desligado mesmo, e me faz uns exames. Uma hora depois, enfim, o médico. Muito atencioso e competente, mas a demora no atendimento não compensa.
More than an hour in a waiting room, with an air conditioner that does not work well. Then, an assistant takes me to two other rooms, these with the air conditioning turned off, and give me some tests. An hour later, the doctor. Very attentive and competent, but the delay in attendance does not compensate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível experiência, onde informaram que o atendimento iniciava 07h, quando cheguei a clínica estava fechada. Agora são 09:30 e ainda não recebi atendimento. Falta de responsabilidade com os clientes.
Não recomendo.......

Meu pai tinha agendada uma cirurgia de catarata com o Dr Claudemir. Chegamos lá as 7:00 da manhã e até ao 12:00 ele não foi atendido. A todo momento perguntava se algo tinha acontecido e por que estava demorando tanto, e sempre informaram que a sala que ficavam os acompanhantes estava cheia.
Quando informei que iria pegar o dinheiro e ir embora, a gerente e até o próprio médico falou conosco. Informando que um aparelho da cirurgia tinha quebrado que no mais tardar às 13:00 já estaria indo ao centro cirúrgico.
Ficamos chateados por que não nos informaram antes que aparelho estava quebrado quando perguntamos. Mas quando pensávamos que finalmente ele iria entrar no centro cirúrgico. Vejamos o que aconteceu as 13:00 o médico apareceu para falar conosco que o aparelho estava quebrado novamente e anestesista ia embora.
Agora veja que engraçado!!!!!Para não dizer que falta de respeito. quando estava indo embora, outro paciente da minha cidade entrou no centro cirúrgico e fez a cirugia. E o aparelho não estava quebrado??? E a anestesista não ia embora??
Que falta de respeito com um paciente que acordou as 4:00 da manhã para fazer uma cirurgia.
Que Deus me permita nunca mais precisar usar os serviço desses profissionais e dessa clínica.
I've never been so poorly attended in my life.
My father had scheduled cataract surgery with Dr Claudemir. We arrived there at 7:00 am and until 12:00 he was not attended. At all times I asked if something had happened and why it was taking so long, and they always reported that the room where the companions were was full.
When I said I would take the money and leave, the manager and even the doctor spoke to us. Informing that a device of the surgery had broken that at the latest at 13:00 would already be going to the surgical center.
We were upset that they didn't tell us before that the device was broken when we asked. But when we thought he was finally going to enter the operating room. Let's see what happened at 13:00 the doctor came to talk to us that the device was broken again and the anesthesiologist was leaving.
Now see how funny !!!!! Not to mention that lack of respect. when i was leaving, another patient from my city entered the operating room and underwent surgery. And the device was not broken ??? And the anesthesiologist wouldn't leave ??
What a lack of respect for a patient who woke up at 4:00 am to have surgery.
May God allow me never to need to use the services of these professionals and this clinic again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Consulta marcada para as 09h e o atendimento só aconteceu perto de 12h, surreal a demora. A oftalmo chegou 09:30, sendo que já tinha gente do bloco das 08h esperando. Fora a desorganização do pessoal do atendimento. Primeira vez e última nessa clínica.
