★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima... A clínica é bem localizada e tem boas recepcionistas, mas peca muito no atendimento dos médicos. Duas horas aguardando ser atendido e não consegui. Lamentável.
Terrible ... The clinic is well located and has good receptionists, but it sins a lot in the care of the doctors. Two hours waiting to be answered and I couldn't. Unfortunate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acabei de sair da clínica localizada na rua Itabaiana muito chateada, Dr. CRISTIANO é o oftalmologista de toda minha família há uns 5 anos, marquei consulta para hj no grupo das 11h, deixei de viajar por causa dessa consulta, e depois de esperar um tempo a atendente às 11h45 me informa que o sistema do meu convênio nao estava online, pedi para falar com dr. Cristiano e ela disse que ele ja tinha saido.
Questionei que era uma falta de respeito para com o paciente, mas infelizmente a atendente não tem nem poder para nos dar uma resposta plausível.
Deixo aqui minha reclamação e comentário para que a clínica IOCM observe alguns pontos.
Ele poderia ter me atendido.

I just left the clinic located on Itabaiana street very upset, Dr. CHRISTIAN has been the ophthalmologist of my family for about 5 years, I checked for hj in the group at 11 o'clock, I stopped traveling because of this consultation, and after waiting for a time the attendant at 11.45 am informs me that the system of my agreement was not online, I asked to speak with dr. Cristiano and she said he had already left.
I questioned that it was a lack of respect for the patient, but unfortunately the attendant does not have the power to give us a plausible answer.
I leave here my complaint and comment for the clinic IOCM to observe some points.
He could have taken care of me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo a ninguém. Perdi a manhã toda por nada. Cheguei às 8:15 na clínica para um retorno de consulta para mostrar os exames para uma cirurgia. Quando a atendente me informou q teria q ir em meu plano pegar autorização. Fui ao meu plano peguei duas filas uma para pegar autorização e outra pra perícia. Retornei para a clínica as 10:30 entreguei a autorização de consulta. Quando o médico atendeu e passou a solicitação da cirurgia mas ele mandou me informar na recepção sobre a cirurgia. Cheguei na recepção fui informado q meu plano não estava fazendo mais cirurgia naquela clínica. E me oferece a cirurgia particular. A pergunta é: Por que não informa ao paciente assim q ele chega q não está mais fazendo o procedimento? É pra ganhar mais uma consulta do plano? Fica muito subjetivo e suspeito. Por isso não recomendo!!!
Would not recommend to anyone. I've lost all morning for nothing. I arrived at 8:15 am at the clinic for a return visit to show the exams for a surgery. When the attendant informed me that I would have to go in my plan to get authorization. I went to my plan, I got two queues to get authorization and one for skill. I returned to the clinic at 10:30 am and I gave the authorization to consult. When the doctor answered and passed the request for the surgery but he sent me to the reception about the surgery. I arrived at reception and was informed that my plan was not doing any more surgery in that clinic. And he offers me private surgery. The question is: Why do not you inform the patient so he arrives that he is no longer doing the procedure? Is it to get another consultation of the plan? It is very subjective and suspicious. So do not recommend !!!

Tinha consulta marcada para o bloco das 10h15 e após rodar naquele estacionamento maluco atrás de uma vaga, que só consegui no 4o andar, depois pegar o elevador e ir até a frente do prédio para pegar outro elevador e chegar ao consultório, às 10h35. Entreguei minha carteira de identidade e do plano. A atendente mandou eu esperar. Quando deu 11h15 ela me chamou e disse que ele não poderia me atender, pois daria aula na UNIVERSIDADE. Fui feita de palhaça. Paguei minha cirurgia à vista, no dinheiro e não ter nenhuma consideração. Quantas vezes chegamos no horário e ficamos esperando pela boa vontade deles. Estou muito chateada, cheguei em casa aos prantos. Respeito é bom e eu gosto.
I just came away disappointed in JFC's IOCM. I had a scheduled appointment for the 10:15 block and after that crazy parking behind a parking lot, I only got it on the 4th floor, then I got the elevator and went to the front of the building to get another elevator and get to the office at 10:35. I surrendered my ID and plan. The clerk told me to wait. When she gave 11.15 she called me and said that he could not answer me because I would teach at UNIVERSITY. I was made of clown. I paid my surgery in cash, and had no consideration. How many times did we arrive on time and wait for their goodwill. I'm really upset, I came home in tears. Respect is good and I like it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi nada agradável, consulta que fiquei aguardando por 1:30, consultado precisei colocar a lente para um retorno ao consultório para avaliar a lente de contato, que demora menos de 1 minuto, aguardei mais 40 minutos, sem que houvesse o retorno ao consultório, desiste e fui embora. Muita incompetência do atendimento da recepção, pois 3 pessoas foram chamadas para consulta e fiquei cozinhando. Desrespeito principalmente numa fase de pandemia, pois sou idoso , e recomendação é ficar minimamente exposto.
