Nossa filha mais nova foi transferida para o Hospital Belo Horizonte em estado grave, necessitando de atendimento na neuro cirurgia. Clamávamos por um milagre e Deus o entregou neste hospital. O atendimento não poderia ter sido melhor. Profissionalismo, atenção e competência definem o atendimento que minha filha recebeu no CTI infantil e posteriormente na internação infantil.Uma cirurgia no cérebro, 8 semanas de internação e minha filha completamente restaurada, para a glória de Deus! Certamente o carinho que a Aléxia recebeu ali de toda a equipe da enfermagem contribuíram muitíssimo. Vocês fazem parte de uma das páginas mais importantes de nossa história. Coração pleno de gratidão por tudo, que Deus continue concedendo -lhes graça e sabedoria a cada dia de trabalho!

We cried out for a miracle and God delivered him to this hospital. The service couldn't have been better. Professionalism, attention and competence define the care my daughter received in the children's ICU and later in the children's hospitalization. Brain surgery, 8 weeks of hospitalization and my daughter completely restored, for the glory of God! Certainly the affection that Alexia received there from the entire nursing team contributed a lot. You are part of one of the most important pages in our history. Heart full of gratitude for everything, may God continue to grant you grace and wisdom every day of work!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se você é daquelas pessoas que reclama do Sus, eu recomendo este hospital. Com consultas começando pelo valor de 350 e dificuldades de atender qualquer plano eu GARANTO que você vai ser tratado muito pior do que em qualquer posto gratuito!
Estive nesse hospital a 8 anos atrás, e eu o considerava um dos melhores de BH. Hoje eu decidi que nunca mais voltarei lá. PÉSSIMO! Se tiver opção vá em qualquer outro. Ele sempre está vazio mas mesmo assim vão te fazer ficar 3hrs esperando atendimento e mais 1h pra qualquer coisa que precisar fazer (raio x, medicação, etc).
Obs: a única pessoa que salva neste hospital é a senhora que faz a limpeza (que se preocupou mais comigo que os médicos e enfermeiras) e a técnica do raio X que também é uma gracinha.
If you are one of those people who complains about Sus, I recommend this hospital. With inquiries starting at 350 and difficulties in meeting any plan I GUARANTEE you will be treated far worse than at any free post!
I was in this hospital 8 years ago, and I considered it one of the best in BH. Today I decided that I will never go there again. TERRIBLE! If you have the option, go elsewhere. It is always empty, but even so, they will make you wait 3 hours for care and another 1 hour for anything you need to do (X-ray, medication, etc).
Note: the only person who saves in this hospital is the lady who does the cleaning (who cared more about me than the doctors and nurses) and the X-ray technician who is also cute.

Entrou um caco de vidro no meu dedão do pé, na tentativa de retirar, ele acabou partindo dentro do dedo e fui ate este hospital para retirar chegando lá, me informaram que não poderia ser ambulatório, teria que marcar uma cirurgia para o próximo dia pela manhã e que eu deveria estar em jejum (detalhe, não moro perto do hospital cerca de 13 km) beleza, compareci no dia da cirurgia, me chamaram para trocar de roupa e nesse período fiquei esperando cerca de 1h ou mais até o médico e os residentes chegarem, a cirurgia durou cerca de 10 min, tomei 8 anestesias no dedão, de tanta dor que estava sentindo, imaginei que abriram o dedo e retiraram o vidro, finalizada a cirugia, não tive nenhuma recomendação, se poderia lavar, se deveria manter a gaze por quantos dias ou qualquer coisa do tipo, me falaram que deu tudo certo e fui embora, chegando em casa, minha mãe tirou a gaze e adivinha, não haviam abrido nada, não havia se quer 1 ponto, rasparam o calo que havia se formado na área da ferida e só isso, 1 dia após o efeito da anestesia ter passado, a dor tava de volta, não conseguia pisar encostando o dedão no chão.
Já fui ao hospital 2x após a cirurgia para tentar conversar com o Doutor, já liguei INÚMERAS vezes para todas as áreas possíveis desse hospital pedindo para conversar com o mesmo, e nada, não respondem, não marcam uma consulta, já fui ao SAME, já pedi meu prontuário e nada resolve. Onde eu trabalho preciso usar sapato fechado, tem dias que choro de dor pq não consigo "levantar" o dedo do chão, como consigo em um chinelo ou sandália PORQUE TEM UM VIDRO NO MEU DEDO!

A shard of glass got into my big toe, in an attempt to remove it, it ended up breaking inside the toe and I went to this hospital to remove it. morning and that I should be fasting (detail, I don't live close to the hospital, about 13 km away) beauty, I attended the day of the surgery, they called me to change my clothes and during this period I was waiting about 1h or more until the doctor and the residents arrived, the surgery lasted about 10 minutes, I took 8 anesthesias on the big toe, I was feeling so much pain, I imagined that they opened the finger and removed the glass, after the surgery, I had no recommendation, if I could wash it, if I should keep it the gauze for how many days or something like that, they told me that everything went well and I left, when I got home, my mother took the gauze out and guess what, they had not opened anything, there was not even 1 stitch, they shaved the callus that was there formed in the wound area and that's all, 1 day after the effect of the anesthesia wore off, the pain was back, I couldn't step with my thumb on the floor.
I've been to the hospital twice after the surgery to try to talk to the Doctor, I've called MANY times to all possible areas of this hospital asking to talk to him, and nothing, they don't answer, they don't make an appointment, I've been to SAME, already I asked for my chart and nothing works. Where I work I need to wear closed shoes, there are days I cry in pain because I can't "lift" my finger off the floor, as I can in a flip-flop or sandal BECAUSE THERE'S A GLASS ON MY FINGER!
TOTAL DISREGARD WITH THE PATIENT AND EXTREME LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hospital 24hs mas a lanchonete deveria funcionar pelo menos a partir das 6hs da manhã.
Quem passa a madrugada toda na emergência acompanhando paciente passa fome na aguardando pela abertura da lanchonete.
Hospital 24 hours, but the cafeteria should be open at least from 6 am.
Anyone who spends the whole night in the emergency room accompanying the patient goes hungry while waiting for the cafeteria to open.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dei nota 1 simplesmente pq não tem como dar 0! Hospital péssimo! Não recomendo de jeito nenhum! Tive inúmeras experiências horríveis nesse lugar. Todas as vezes que minha filha precisou de atendimento precisei voltar pelo menos 3x para que o problema fosse resolvido. Não atende por ordem, não tem organização, o médico não pergunta se o paciente tem alergia ou não a algum medicamento. Minha filha estava com intoxicação alimentar, estava há 2 dias sem comer, tendo febre alta, diarreia e vômitos e na primeira vez passaram apenas dipirona para ela! Após 1 dia e eu vendo que ela estava só piorando, voltei no hospital novamente e fiquei de 22h as 4h da manhã sem que ela tomasse ao menos um soro! Estas são só algumas das inúmeras reclamações que tenho sobre este lugar. NÃO RECOMENDO!
I gave it a 1 simply because I can't give a 0! Terrible hospital! I do not recommend at all! I had countless horrible experiences there. Every time my daughter needed care, I had to come back at least 3 times for the problem to be resolved. They do not attend in order, there is no organization, the doctor does not ask if the patient is allergic or not to any medication. My daughter had food poisoning, she hadn't eaten for 2 days, she had a high fever, diarrhea and vomiting and the first time she was given only dipyrone! After 1 day and I saw that she was only getting worse, I went back to the hospital again and stayed from 10 pm to 4 am without her taking at least one serum! These are just some of the many complaints I have about this place. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

É muito tempo de espera, mas até aí tudo bem, eu compreendo.
O que é inadmissível é grosseria por parte de funcionários como a senhorita Samara Oliveira da Silva, enfermeira da triagem.
A mesma me tratou com extrema falta de respeito e ignorância, somente porque fiquei do lado de fora, no passeio do hospital, aguardando (devido a aglomeração no interior do local e suspeita de COVID) e só ouvi o meu nome quando foi chamado pela última vez e estava no monitor (que minutos antes nem estava funcionando).
Durante todas as muitas horas de espera para preencher a ficha eu havia permanecido parada e em pé dentro do local.
Pois bem, não se justifica falta de educação e grosseria. A todo momento em que fui maltratada permaneci calada, agradeci e a desejei um bom trabalho (e ela ainda me respondeu de forma irônica).
Simplesmente desnecessário!

During all the many hours of waiting to fill out the form I had remained still and standing inside the place.
Well, lack of education and rudeness is not justified. Every time I was mistreated I remained silent, thanked her and wished her a good job (and she still responded ironically).
Simply unnecessary!
