A clínica não consegue atender a demanda ofertdada, sou acompanhe de uma paciente e não posso aguardar dentro da clínica devido o grande número de pacientes. Contudo duas representes de medicamentos estão dentro de clínica.
Tem apenass uma funcionária na recepção para atender o telefone e os pacientes presencial, e notório a necessidade de mais um funcionário.
I do not recommend.
The clinic is unable to meet the demand offered, I am accompanying a patient and I cannot wait inside the clinic due to the large number of patients. However, two representatives of medicines are within the clinic.
There is only one employee at the reception to answer the phone and the patients in person, and the need for another employee is evident.

Meu agradecimento a todos, em especial à Dra Karen Orsine, que consegue ultrapassar o limite do profissionalismo e ser extremamente empática, preocupada com o bem estar do paciente e humana. Pessoa linda! Clínica de funcionários pontuais, educados e sem lero lero. Faço colonoscopia preventiva a um bom tempo, e pela segunda ou terceira vez tive a graça de ser atendido por essa moça. É um exame que por si só soa desconfortável, mas o ambiente e todos os profissionais fazem a diferença. Nota 10.
Excellent service! My thanks to everyone, especially to Dr Karen Orsine, who manages to go beyond the limits of professionalism and be extremely empathetic, concerned with the well-being of the patient and human being. Beautiful person! Clinic with punctual, polite and no-nonsense employees. I've been doing preventive colonoscopy for a long time, and for the second or third time I had the grace to be seen by this girl. It's an exam that in itself sounds uncomfortable, but the environment and all the professionals make the difference. Grade 10.
