★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PONTOS POSITIVOS: A estrutura do Hosp é muito boa, reformado. A maioria dos funcionários atua bem.
PONTOS NEGATIVOS: atendimento na emergência sempre demorado mesmo com apenas um paciente (exceção técnicos de enfermagem). Recepcionistas e médicos desaparecem do plantão após às 21h, parecendo hospital abandonado. Duvido inclusive da capacidade de alguns médicos pois sequer usam identificação e não transmitem segurança nos diagnósticos. O paciente chega com dor e alguns com má vontade, parecendo nos fazer um favor.
Em janeiro/22 uma médica da emergência sequer solicitou exames complementares para meus sintomas. A bonita apenas diagnosticou como simples "virose", me despachando com rapidez. Mais genérico impossível. Como não confiei no diagnóstico raso fui a outro hosp. que detectou imediatamente Pneumonia + Covid além dos medicamentos devidos, o que a outra deveria ter feito se realmente soubesse o que é ser médica.
O sistema dos computadores registra sempre uma hora a menos nos exames, pedidos, etc podendo prejudicar os atestados p/ trabalho, sem nenhuma explicação razoável. É inacreditável como a qualidade médica decaiu em geral.
Fora a alta rotatividade de médicos, isso para um hospital é péssimo pois não passa credibilidade. Falta alguém competente para assumir essa gestão.
POSITIVES: The structure of the Hosp is very good, renovated. Most employees do well.
NEGATIVE POINTS: emergency care always taking a long time, even with only one patient (except nursing technicians). Receptionists and doctors disappear from duty after 9pm, looking like an abandoned hospital. I even doubt the ability of some doctors because they do not even use identification and do not convey confidence in diagnoses. The patient arrives in pain and some with ill will, seeming to do us a favor.
In January/22, an emergency doctor did not even ask for additional tests for my symptoms. The pretty one just diagnosed it as a simple "virus", dispatching me quickly. More generic impossible. As I did not trust the shallow diagnosis I went to another hosp. who immediately detected Pneumonia + Covid in addition to the medication due, which the other should have done if she really knew what it's like to be a doctor.
The computer system always registers one hour less in exams, orders, etc., which may harm the certificates for work, without any reasonable explanation. It is unbelievable how the medical quality has declined in general.
Apart from the high turnover of doctors, this is terrible for a hospital because it does not convey credibility. Someone competent to take over this management is lacking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dia 29/12 levei minha mãe para ser atendida na emergência ortopédica. Fomos super bem atendida desde a parte de segurança, recepção, triagem e médicos. Minha mãe realizou tomografia e já foi encaminhada para a emergência clínica, onde conhecemos o Dr. Alexandre, médico super atencioso, educado. Deu todo o suporte para a minha mãe. As enfermeiras que atenderam a minha mãe, foram super educadas e atenciosas. No mesmo dia minha mãe foi internada no CTI e recebemos o mesmo atendimento, super atenciosos. Minha foi acompanhada até o CTI pelo Dr. Alexandre, um maqueiro, uma enfermeira e eu, onde fomos super bem recebidos. No CTI fui recebida por outro médico (não me recordo o nome dele) que atendeu o caso da minha mãe que estava com pneumotórax, onde nos passou todo o procedimento em caso de cirurgia ou não. A estrutura do hospital é excelente, aparelhos novos, limpos, não sei como é o quarto ou enfermaria. Mas até onde pude ter acesso, não tenho do que reclamar. Fomos super bem acolhidas neste hospital. Só tenho a agradecer.
On December 29, I took my mother to the orthopedic emergency room. We were very well attended from the security, reception, triage and medical part. My mother underwent a tomography and was already referred to the clinical emergency, where we met Dr. Alexandre, a super attentive, polite doctor. Gave all the support for my mother. The nurses who attended my mother were very polite and helpful. On the same day my mother was admitted to the ICU and we received the same care, super attentive. Mine was accompanied to the ICU by Dr. Alexandre, a stretcher, a nurse and I, where we were very well received. At the ICU, I was received by another doctor (I don't remember his name) who attended to the case of my mother who had pneumothorax, where he gave us the entire procedure in case of surgery or not. The structure of the hospital is excellent, new appliances, clean, I don't know what the room or ward is like. But as far as I could have access, I have nothing to complain about. We were very well received in this hospital. I just have to thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dentro do Hospital há o Septo, pronto atendimento de emergência para otorrinolaringologia. O local é bem arejado, de fácil acesso e com bom atendimento.
Inside the Hospital there is the Septum, emergency care for otolaryngology. The place is well ventilated, easily accessible and with good service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hospital horrível, com médicos ruins. Fui 2 vezes e tive a mesma experiência péssima.
Na primeira estava com sintomas fortes de gripe por 2 semanas e nem um exame de sangue foi solicitado. A médica sequer teve interesse em investigar os motivos dos sintomas.
Na segunda vez minha esposa foi à emergência também com suspeita de covid/ h3n2 (resolvemos dar uma segunda chance ao hospital) mas foi o mesmo problema. Logo na entrada o chão estava todo vomitado e assim ficou por quase 1h, sem placa de sinalização e com pessoas pisando e escorregando. Os pacientes tiveram que brigar na recepção pedindo para que realizassem a limpeza do chão antes que alguém se machucasse. No atendimento a médica chegou a solicitar um exame de dengue mas o hospital não realiza esse tipo de exame. Como assim uma emergência não faz exame de dengue? Os exames de antígeno ou de sangue sequer foram solicitados. Fomos encaminhados para a emergência do septo, que fica no segundo andar do hospital e onde é necessário entrar novamente na fila da recepção para ser atendido por outro médico. Por fim, após mais de 2h de longas filas desistimos da consulta e fomos embora. Nunca mais irei nesse hospital!!
Horrible hospital with bad doctors. I went twice and had the same terrible experience.
In the first one I had severe flu symptoms for 2 weeks and not even a blood test was requested. The doctor was not even interested in investigating the reasons for the symptoms.
The second time my wife went to the emergency room with suspected covid/h3n2 (we decided to give the hospital a second chance) but it was the same problem. Right at the entrance, the floor was all vomited and it stayed that way for almost 1 hour, with no signpost and people stepping and slipping. Patients had to fight at reception asking them to clean the floor before anyone got hurt. During the service, the doctor even asked for a dengue test, but the hospital does not perform this type of test. What do you mean an emergency doesn't take dengue? Antigen or blood tests were not even requested. We were referred to the emergency department, which is on the second floor of the hospital and where it is necessary to re-enter the reception line to be seen by another doctor. Finally, after more than 2 hours of long lines, we gave up on the appointment and left. I will never go to that hospital again!!

I had surgery in this hospital on 5/23/22 at 10 am and was hospitalized until 5/24/22 at 1 pm and I was impressed with the comfort of the room and the attention of the staff. I highly recommend.
