★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inútil recorrer a este lugar numa emergência em saúde. Fui duas vezes na mesma semana, com muita dor e recebi 2 diagnósticos errados, além de um péssimo atendimento. O lugar não tem estrutura para fazer exames e confirmar a suspeita dos profissionais, mas não exitam em te medicar. Na primeira vez, recebi o pior atendimento da vida, pela médica Maria Priscila Abril. Em meio a sorrisos, desacreditou da minha dor, sugeriu que eu estivesse inventando-a para conseguir atestado médico e agiu com a pior postura ética, fazendo discurso político ideológico no meio de um atendimento profissional, afirmando que eu deveria trabalhar para o crescimento do país. O pior foi que ela não fez nenhuma pergunta sobre a minha rotina ou o meu trabalho, nem para disfarçar uma mera investigação do quadro. Me julgou, sem saber que também trabalho na área da saúde, com muita dedicação e não sou leiga. Por isso, não queria atestado, queria saber a origem da minha intensa dor e tratá-la. Na segunda vez, fui muito bem atendida, porém mal diagnosticada, a médica afirmou que eu estava com chikungunya pelo relato da minha dor. Não havia possibilidade de diagnosticar a hipótese no momento, mas realizei o exame fora, que deu negativo. Mesmo assim, fui medicada para tal. Ou seja, trata-se de um lugar onde brincam com a saúde alheia.

He judged me, unaware that I also work in the health field, with great dedication and I am not a layman. So I did not want a certificate, I wanted to know the source of my intense pain and treat it. The second time I was very well attended, but misdiagnosed, the doctor stated that I had chikungunya for reporting my pain. There was no possibility of diagnosing the hypothesis at the moment, but I performed the exam outside, which was negative. Even so, I was medicated for it. That is, it is a place where they play with the health of others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sobre a equipe cirurgia foi ótima, atendimento na portaria tambem . As enfermeira algumas boas e outras nem ai .mais em termo de acomodação no quarto muito péssimo, tudo muito sujo ,os armário com portas caindo ,passei 24 horas não foi uma só vivente fazer a limpeza . Só recolhiam os lixo e mais nada. E falta de bom senso era por volta das 11 horas da noite aonde uma acamado já dormindo ,muito péssimo mesmo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Está e sempre a primeira opção de quem e atendido no Hospital da Unimed de Copacabana, aí vc pergunta a algum amigo medico, ninguém conhece... Acho que o nome e Hospital de Botafogo ( nome usado) Bella Lopes deve ser o nome pessoa júridica.
Aconselho a não levar seu familiar para lá, meu pai faleceu dia 02/02/2020 neste hospital, chegou na sexta, no sábado de manhã estava ótimo e no domingo liguei as 11:30 e ele estava " indo para o quarto" assim que eu chegasse as 14hs ( horário de visita) cheguei às 14 em ponto, em 2hs e 30 mins ele mudou o estado dele para gravíssimo e faleceu, estou inconformada, e difícil acesso aos médicos, TD muito rápido, parecem esconder as informações... Enfim só vim até aqui para te ajudar, você que como eu veio procurar comentários no Google antes de levar seu familiar... Não leve, espere a segunda opção ou tente um hospital mais longe mas que seu familiar seja melhor assistido, não tenha medo de recusar a primeira vaga que encontram e aceitar aquela pressão e se não tiver outro? Vai ter que ter outro ou a Unimed vai ter que dar conta no Hospital deles, não consegui pensar assim naquele momento difícil, fragilizada.

O Hospital nao tem sistema de telefonia q funcione.
Quando foi p quarto depois de 8 tentativas e numeros errados , caindo em outros pacientes, consegui.
Numa das tentativas caiu na emergencia, nao apAnhei porque nao estava la, bateram c telefone na cara.
Telefonistas nao sabem se tem posto medico nos andares, o que significa cada cti..se e em Botafogo ou Laranjeiras....e dificil de ouvir o que falam mesmo no viva voz...
Isto, todos dias da internação...!
Este hospital, nunca mais.

A começar pelo fato de que, em plena pandemia, o hospital sequer está medindo a temperatura de quem entra. Não solicitam nenhum documento à quem vai visitar um paciente. Um funcionário entrou no quarto da minha avó SEM MÁSCARA. Ela fica HORAS com a mesma fralda suja porque não trocam.
Me parece que o hospital está com poucos funcionários para alta demanda.

Sofri um acidente ano passado e fui para emergência desse hospital, onde já tinha sido atendida outras vezes e sempre fui muito bem atendida! Infelizmente essa última vez em outubro de 2020 a médica que me atendeu não examinou minha lesão ao ponto de perceber que era um caso cirúrgico! Não foi feito ou pedido nenhum outro exame complementar já que se tratava de uma queda envolvendo corte com vidros! Voltei para tirar os pontos e a segunda médica q me atendeu para retirada dos pontos também não me encaminhou para nenhum exame! Resumo precisei fazer uma cirurgia para reconstruir o tendão do dedo! Pedi ajuda ao hospital não tive nenhum retorno, solicitei por e-mail e até mesmo por telefone a cópia do meu prontuário também sem retorno e com muito descaso!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo serviço. Todas as vezes que precisei ver, houve lentidão extrema no atendimento. Tô com suspeita de covid e há mais de 5 horas tô esperando o resultado de um raio x e de um exame de sangue. Nem pcr fazem nesse lugar. Se eu estivesse morrendo já estaria morto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi a pior que já conheci.. humilhação e pouco. Minha esposa chegou nesta unidade agora a noite e com sintomas de pressão alta. E uma medica que na cara tinha acabado de acordar do seu sono, não a examinou e foi logo falando que era crise de ansiedade. Sem fazer um exame. Não volto mais nunca mais neste lugar...
