★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento muito lento. As funcionárias do balcão de atendimento esquecem que estão em um hospital. Ficam o tempo todo conversando alto sobre assuntos da vida particular e dando gargalhadas. Extremamente desagradável.
Service very slow. The desk clerks forget they are in a hospital. They talk all the time about private life and laugh out loud. Extremely unpleasant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiencia no Hcc foi ótima, minha sogra ficou lá por uns 4 ,5 meses , com princípio de câncer pulmonar , foi muito bem atendida pelos enfermeiros e médicos, só a demora dos exames que deixou a desejar , mais acredito que pelo sus a demora é assim mesmo , fora isso foi tudo ótimo !
My experience at Hcc was great, my mother-in-law stayed there for about 4, 5 months, with lung cancer onset, she was very well attended by nurses and doctors, only the delay in exams left her wanting, but I believe that because of her delay that's right, outside it was all great!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótimo Hospital salvaram a vida da minha mãe, teve embolia pulmonar e trombose nas duas pernas , 95% de mortalidade.
Com apenas 5% de chance e uma excelente equipe médica e enfermagem, conseguiram salvar a vida fa minha mãe.
Uti de primeiro linha, todos os quartos muito limpos e ótimo atendimento.
Me surpreendeu.
Continuem assim.
Great Hospital saved my mother's life, had pulmonary embolism and thrombosis in both legs, 95% mortality.
With only a 5% chance and an excellent medical and nursing team, they managed to save my mother's life.
First-rate ICU, all rooms very clean and great service.
Surprised me.
Keep it up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi péssima! Os enfermeiros são muito atenciosos. Já o atendimento médico fica a desejar. Péssimo . Deram alta ao meu marido com infecção urinaria grave. No final da tarde começou a ter febre alta a noite e pela manhã chamei o Samuel e ele fOi levado que desacordado com batimentos a 65. Foi atendido ainda na ambulância. Na upa fizeram exames e foi detétano infecção urinaria alta com sangue e pus. Como uma médica da alta a um paciente neste estado ainda sendo idoso? Agora alegam que eu pedi pra ele ter alta. Pode? É Hilário se não fose trágico. Lamentável . Incompetência .
That sucked! The nurses are very attentive. The medical attention is desired. Very disappointing. My husband was discharged with severe urinary tract infection. At the end of the afternoon he started to have a high fever at night and in the morning I called Samuel and he was taken to the hospital with a heartbeat at 65. He was still treated in the ambulance. In upa they did exams and was detétano high urinary infection with blood and pus. As a discharge doctor to a patient in this state still being elderly? Now they claim that I asked him to be discharged. Can you? It is Hilary if not tragic fose. Unfortunate. Incompetence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na parte do SUS não tem insumos (fralda, esparadrapo, ataduras, luvas para os enfermeiros... Tudo em falta) e os acompanhantes têm que passar 24h em uma cadeira de madeira ou em pé. Não pode trocar antes de 24h. Isso é desumano!!!
In the SUS, there are no supplies (diapers, tape, bandages, gloves for nurses ... Everything is missing) and the companions have to spend 24 hours in a wooden chair or standing. You cannot change before 24h. This is inhumane !!!
