★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No momento estou dando duas estrelas,porque tem mais de três meses que estou tentando marcar uma consulta online e nao consigo, hoje, dia 28/06/2021 por exemplo fiquei a manhã toda tentando entrar no site e nao abria para agendar,sistema temporariamente fora do ar ,resultado quando o sistema entrou foi próximo das 10:00 da manhã e não tinha para a especialidade que eu queria. Falta de respeito com o usuário, como pode ficar quase duas horas fora do ar,e quando volta não tem para o médico ou especialidade que a pessoa quer,três mais de três meses querendo marcar uma consulta para doutora Isabela e não consigo,até ir presencial já fui,e tbm não obtive exeto, não só eu como outras pessoas tbm,para outros médicos. A que se fazer melhorias nesse procedimento de agendamento,porque quando era presencial ou por telefone ainda a pessoa conseguia,hoje em dia está difícil.

Lack of respect for the user, as he can be down for almost two hours, and when he comes back he doesn't have to go to the doctor or specialty the person wants, three more than three months of wanting to make an appointment for Dr. Isabela and I can't, until I go I've already been in person, and also I didn't get exactly, not only me but other people too, for other doctors. It is necessary to make improvements in this scheduling procedure, because when it was in person or by phone, the person could still manage, nowadays it is difficult.
