Atendimento de recepção péssima qualidade
Te trata como número
Se você chegar 11:00 horas da manhã sem almoçar preparem pra ficar 4 horas aguardando sair deste local chorando.
Fiquei tanto tempo esperando pra nada
Ouvido cheio de sangue vaga com otorrino sem resposta e eles responde que não pode fazer nada.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência foi péssima com a Upa central. Minha esposa está grávida e precisou ser atendida. A médica não olhou para cara dela e apenas mandou ir para a medicação sem explicar o que era. Quando chegamos na medicação, perguntamos e como era remédio para enjôo ela decidiu tomar. Porém, as enfermeiras todas arrogantes e não iam usar luvas. A enfermeira pegou na AGULHA sem a proteção, quando reclamei com ela, ela se exaltou e começou a proferir palavras torpes dentro do hospital.
Não sou médico e nem enfermeiro, mas sei que como a ENFERMEIRA tem que se proteger, os PACIENTES também tem que ser protegidos.
A pior UPA que fui
My experience was terrible with the central Upa. My wife is pregnant and needed to be attended to. The doctor didn't look at her face and just sent her on medication without explaining what it was. When we got the medication, we asked and how was sickness medicine she decided to take. But the nurses were all arrogant and weren't going to wear gloves. The nurse took the NEEDLE without the protection, when I complained to her, she got excited and started saying nasty words inside the hospital.
I am neither a doctor nor a nurse, but I know that as the NURSE has to protect herself, PATIENTS also have to be protected.
The worst UPA I've ever been

Garbage of a place, if you have a choice, go to another one, you can be dying that it takes time to answer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui acompanhante de um familiar que precisou ficar internado na observação e me disseram que eu não poderia ir embora, pois se ele precisasse ser transferido para qquer procedimento que ali não tivesse, eu teria que estar presente. Passei a madrugada inteira aqui numa cadeira de plástico horrível tentando cochilar, porém não foi possível, pois tanto as enfermeiras qto os funcionários responsáveis pela limpeza, conversavam gritando sem nenhuma preocupação ou cuidado com o tom de voz.
Que eu saiba, num hospital deve haver silêncio para uma boa recuperação dos pacientes e boa comunicação.
I was accompanying a family member who had to be hospitalized for observation and I was told that I could not leave, because if he needed to be transferred to any procedure that he did not have there, I would have to be present. I spent the whole night here in a horrible plastic chair trying to take a nap, but it wasn't possible, because both the nurses and the cleaning staff were talking screaming without any concern or care with the tone of voice.
As far as I know, in a hospital there must be silence for a good recovery of patients and good communication.
