★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dei três estrelas pois o atendimento na recepção foi muito bom e a estrutura também é muito boa, porém tive uma péssima experiência no atendimento com o pediatra Fernando, achei ele muito apressado, não olhou direito meu bebê, muito ignorante e ao mesmo tempo irônico na hora de sanar as dúvidas dos pais. Acredito que um pediatra deveria tratar a criança com mais carinho. Sai de lá muito chateada, primeira vez que passo meu bebê com ele, vou remarcar com outro médico.
I gave three stars because the service at the reception was very good and the structure is also very good, but I had a terrible experience in the service with the pediatrician Fernando, I thought he was very rushed, he didn't look at my baby properly, very ignorant and at the same time ironic in the time to solve the parents' doubts. I believe that a pediatrician should treat the child with more care. I left there very upset, the first time I spend my baby with him, I'm going to make an appointment with another doctor.

Porém cumprir com o horário que você marca com os médicos é horrível sem contar que na parte da manhã só chegam fora do horário.
Não podemos generalizar a minoria cumpri.
E a recepção não libera a sua ficha para o médico justamente para camuflar esse absurdo.
Leva horas para ser atendido longe do horário que você marcou.
The structure is great.
But complying with the schedule you schedule with the doctors is horrible not to mention that in the morning they only arrive after hours.
We cannot generalize the minority I complied.
And the reception does not release your file to the doctor precisely to camouflage this absurdity.
It takes hours to be serviced far from the time you have scheduled.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior lugar que já fui na minha vida, muito desorganizado. Fiquei 4 horas e não passei nem pela triagem, desisti do meu atendimento. Não recomendo a ninguém!!!
Worst place I've ever been in my life, very disorganized. I stayed for 4 hours and I didn't even go through the screening, I gave up on my care. I don't recommend it to anyone!!!

Medico te atende em 2 min...e fala procura outro lugar porq aqui nao tem medicacao...entao para que existe a sala com o nome medicação.
Da so um papel descrito procurar outro local de pronto atendimento e ainda por conta propria....seu suporte nenhum passando mal pelas ruas.
A good joke.
Doctor sees you in 2 minutes... and says look for another place because there is no medication here... so there is a room with the name medication.
It's just a role described to look for another place of emergency care and still on your own.... your support doesn't go wrong on the streets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tinha uma consulta com cardiologista hoje, informaram que os atendimentos estavam com atrasos, porém, por incrível que pareça fui chamado no horário agendado, mesmo tendo bastante pessoas na espera. O maior tempo de espera foi na recepção. Achei a estrutura legal e os funcionários bastante atenciosos.
I had an appointment with a cardiologist today, they informed that the appointments were delayed, however, oddly enough, I was called at the scheduled time, even with a lot of people waiting. The longest waiting time was at reception. I found the structure nice and the staff very attentive.

Mais de 1 hora tentando agendar um exame que estou tentando realizar desde outubro, ninguém atende descaso total não indico para ninguém!
Terrible service worse every day ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo além de demorar horrores para atender , o pessoal que chegou bem depois de você passa na sua frente e vai embora e vc fica esperando pra chamar ,minha consulta tá marcada para as 9:20 são 10:10 até agora nada um absurdo isso .. não cumpre com o horário nunca mais marco um médico aqui
