★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os médicos são super atenciosos . O atendimento na recepção e que e demorado as vezes. Mas mesmo assim e o melhor hospital de visão do rio grande do Norte.
 Doctors are super attentive. The service at the reception and that is time consuming at times. But even so, it is the best viewing hospital in Rio Grande do Norte.

The service leaves something to be desired, how does a patient get to the emergency room and have to wait for all the appointments... what is the meaning of "urgency"?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom atendimento e lugar limpo, com ar condicionado e bons profissionais. Tem atendimento oftalmológico de urgência e marcações rápidas de consulta. Aceita Unimed preferencial. Desvatagem é que está sempre cheio e não tem estacionamento.
Good service and clean place, with air conditioning and good professionals. It has emergency eye care and quick appointments. Accepts preferred Unimed. The downside is that it is always full and there is no parking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha vó foi ano passado fazer exame nesse hospital , pediram uma reca de exames ,ela gastou 10mil reais só em exames.findou que ela não tinha mais como pagar ,então não prosseguiu com o tratamento , eles insistirem dizendo que ela tinha que terminar ,pois teria que fazer um tratamento a "laser"
1 mês depois ela foi em outro especialista que disse que ela não tinha nada nos olhos,apenas precisava de óculos, achavamos que o médico estava equivocado então procuramos outro médico,e ele disse a mesma coisa que o anterior. Cadê a empatia dos médicos para com o paciente?
Só não ponho um processo porque minha vó quer esquecer.
My grandmother went to this hospital last year for an exam, they asked for an exam reca, she spent 10 thousand reais just on exams. would have to do a "laser" treatment
1 month later she went to another specialist who said she had nothing in her eyes, she just needed glasses, we thought the doctor was wrong so we looked for another doctor, and he said the same thing as the previous one. Where is the empathy of doctors towards the patient?
I just don't file a lawsuit because my grandma wants to forget.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Achei a clinica ótima, consegui marcar pelo WhatsApp e me responderam rápido e com vaga para a semana seguinte. Marquei para Dra Aline, horário de 13:45 as 16 horas, cheguei + ou - umas 15:10, peguei a ficha e nem me sentei, já fui chamada, a recepcionista super legal, e depois de passar a carteirinha do plano ela começou a dilatar a pupila, muito atenciosa. Depois que colocou o colírio 3x me chamaram para um primeiro atendimento e depois não esperei 10 minutos a medica me chamou, que tbm fez o exame, profissional legal e me passou segurança. A primeira recepcionista ainda me ajudou a pedir o Uber. Indico e volto outras vezes.
I thought the clinic was great, I managed to make an appointment via WhatsApp and they answered me quickly and with a vacancy for the following week. I made an appointment for Dr Aline, from 1:45 pm to 4:00 pm, I arrived + or - about 3:10 pm, I took the form and didn't even sit down, I was already called, the receptionist was super nice, and after passing the plan card she started to dilate the pupil, very attentive. After putting the eye drops 3x they called me for a first service and then I didn't wait 10 minutes the doctor called me, who also did the exam, a legal professional and gave me security. The first receptionist even helped me order Uber. I recommend and come back again and again.
