I had my refractive surgery more than 5 years ago and I highly recommend it, besides the excellent doctors, the attendants are very attentive, Solange is a love.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se você tiver pesando em ir se consultar nesse hospital lhe aconselho a não ir falta de profissionalismo dos grandes eu fui fazer uma consulta na sexta-feira 26/01/2021 no ambulatório pela primeira vez eu nunca tinha me consultado liguei para fazer a consulta agendei e fui fazer quando chego lá aquelas atendente do caixa dilataram minha pupila sem necessidade fui fazer uma consulta em questão do pinterigium uma carne que fica fora do olho não havia necessidade delas dilatar minha pupila colocaram três vezes aquele colírio sem nenhuma necessidade sem se quer me perguntar qual era os sintomas que eu tava sentindo para saber se realmente precisaria ou não dilatar pupila acabou que delator tô aqui sofrendo a 5 dias com essa pupila dilatada sem poder trabalhar sem contar que elas não me orientaram o efeito do colírio não falaram para mi ir acompanhado não falaram para mi que eu não poderia pilotar moto eu sou motoqueiro tava de moto corri risco de sofrer um acidente na volta para casa. Mas o hospital pode ter certeza se eu não ficar bom ainda estou com a pupila dilatada um pouco vou entrar com processo contras elas ou a médica e o hospital. Obs a médica foi Dr. Lara Gonçalves fiquem esperto com esse pessoal desumano.
If you are heavy on going to see yourself at this hospital I advise you not to go due to the lack of professionalism of the big ones I went to make an appointment on Friday 26/01/2021 at the clinic for the first time I had never seen myself I called to make the appointment I scheduled and I went to do it when I get there those cashier attendants dilated my pupil unnecessarily I went to make a consultation in question of the pinterigium a meat that is out of the eye there was no need for them to dilate my pupil they put that eye drop three times without any need without asking me what were the symptoms I was feeling to know whether or not I really needed to dilate the pupil it turned out that the snitch is here suffering for 5 days with this dilated pupil without being able to work without mentioning that they didn’t tell me the effect of the drops didn’t tell me to go with me they didn’t tell me that I couldn’t ride a motorcycle I’m a biker I was on a motorcycle I was in danger of having an accident on my way home. But the hospital can be sure if I don't get well I still have a dilated pupil a little bit and I will file a lawsuit against them or the doctor and the hospital. Note the doctor was Dr. Lara Gonçalves be smart with these inhuman staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O Dr Aécio é um excelente profissional, muito simpático e uma ótima comunicação. Gostei muito de seu atendimento e a única coisa que me desagradou foi o agendamento. Eu não entendi se foi um evento esporádico, mas cheguei com 30 min de antecedência para evitar atraso e o atendimento não foi na hora marcada.
Dr Aécio is an excellent professional, very friendly and great communication. I really enjoyed your service and the only thing that displeased me was the scheduling. I didn't understand if it was a sporadic event, but I arrived 30 minutes in advance to avoid being late and the service was not on time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chegamos super cedo pra realizar um procedimento (paciente em jejum) e nos deixaram por mais de 2h aguardando. Falta organização de agenda, principalmente considerando o estado emocional das pessoas que estão prestes a se submeter a um procedimento invasivo, estão nervosas, ansiosas e, de quebra, famintas.
We arrived super early to perform a procedure (fasting patient) and they left us waiting for more than 2 hours. There is a lack of organization of the agenda, especially considering the emotional state of people who are about to undergo an invasive procedure, they are nervous, anxious and, on top of that, hungry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desrespeitoso! Marcar uma cirugia para um horário e atender horas depois é no mínimo desrespeitoso. É sabido por todos os profissionais da clínica que procedimentos e horários podem dilatar, então, por que motivo não agendam baseados nisso? Ainda, fazer o paciente aguardar por horas em jejum é buscar por insatisfação. Recomendo a você que está lendo que procure outro estabelecimento.
Disrespectful! Scheduling a surgery for an appointment and attending hours later is disrespectful to say the least. It is known to all clinic professionals that procedures and schedules can be extended, so why not schedule based on that? Still, making the patient wait for hours in fasting is looking for dissatisfaction. I recommend that you who are reading this look elsewhere.
