O técnico fez avaliação e constatou falha no compressor, nos disse q receberíamos a ligação sobre o orçamento, esperamos quase 1h e tivemos q ligar para pedir o orçamento, nos foi passado por 780,00.
Agora, que garantia tenho q os 30,00 da visita técnica está descontado desse valo?
Achei muito caro e liguei para outro técnico, avaliou e disse q o filtro está entupido. Necessário fazer a troca do filtro e do gás valor total 200,00
I called to ask for a technical visit that was charged 30.00 but would be discounted if service was performed (so far so good). The technician checked and found fault in the compressor, told us that we would receive the call about the budget, we waited almost 1h and we had to call to ask for the budget, we were last for 780.00.
Now, what guarantee do I have that the 30.00 of the technical visit is discounted from this amount?
I found it very expensive and I called another technician, evaluated and said that the filter is clogged. Necessary to make the exchange of the filter and gas total value 200,00

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito ruim não aconselho ninguém. minha geladeira estava com problema não gelava embaixo, só o congelador. liguei para o técnico ele foi fazer uma visita em casa constator falha no compressor compressor estava muito fraca .sendo que nem a mão ele colocou no compressor. nem do local tirou a geladeira ,pegou os r$ 30 e foi embora da visita. não fiquei satisfeito pelo técnico. pelo profissionalismo dele. chamei outro técnico o outro técnico constator termostato troca do termostato geladeira voltou a funcionar o normal. com compressor fraco que o outro técnico disse. Não são confiáveis.
