★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passei por uma cirurgia no hospital ha seis meses atras, fui totalmente bem recebida e acolhida, a equipe toda me acalmando e dando total apoio antes e depois da cirurgia... Não poderia ter um hospital e uma equipe melhor. Super recomendo. Equipe toda atenciosa e prestativa
 I underwent surgery at the hospital six months ago, I was totally well received and welcomed, the whole team calming me down and giving full support before and after the surgery ... I couldn't have a better hospital and team. I highly recommend it. Staff all attentive and helpful

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui fazer uma endoscopia e fiquei esperando mais de 1 hora, mas esse não foi o maior problema. Após a endoscopia não me lembro de nada que aconteceu, minha irmã que me acompanhava me falou que a enfermeira me liberou mesmo não estando em condições nenhuma de andar e falar, ela me fez andar e em vez de esperar a minha recuperação ela me fez levantar da cadeira de rodas completamente sem condição, e mesmo assim me liberou. Nem quando fiz pelo sus tive esse tipo de tratamento desumano, fui colocada em uma maca até a minha recuperação total. A preocupação foi em atender o próximo cliente. E além de fazer pelo plano tive que pagar mais 50,00 segundo o médico por uma segunda biópsia. É a quinta vez que Fasso, e foi minha pior experiência.
I went for an endoscopy and was waiting more than 1 hour, but that was not the biggest problem. After the endoscopy I don't remember anything that happened, my sister who accompanied me told me that the nurse released me even though I was in no condition to walk and talk, she made me walk and instead of waiting for my recovery she made me get up from the wheelchair completely unconditioned, and yet it released me. Even when I did for sus I did not have this kind of inhuman treatment, I was placed on a stretcher until I fully recovered. The concern was to serve the next customer. And besides making the plan I had to pay another 50.00 according to the doctor for a second biopsy. It is the fifth time that Faso, and it was my worst experience.

Depois de todas as humilhações, deboches e descaso do plano de saúde ter este tratamento foi uma forma de recompensa por tudo que Eu Mãe passei.
Não tenho palavras para descrever o tratamento no Hospital, somente a dizer *MUITO OBRIGADA*!
THANK YOU TO THE ENTIRE TEAM THAT SERVED US FROM THE RECEPTION TO THE PHONODIOLOGIST, ANESTHESIST AND ASSISTANT. WHAT LOVE, AFFECTION, CARE AND RESPECT FOR MY SON.
After all the humiliation, debauchery and neglect of the health plan, having this treatment was a form of reward for everything I Mother went through.
I have no words to describe the treatment at the Hospital, just say *THANK YOU*!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento deixa muito a desejar. Fui lá procurando um raio x. Estava sem o pedido. Não pude fazer. Vim na outra central da empresa procurar um médico pra me dar um pedido. Quando chego aqui me informam que no hospital tem médico de plantão e que poderia me dar. A má vontade do pessoal é uma coisa sem lógica. Obs. Nada de graça tá. Tudo pago! Vou cancelar meu plano, pagar a multa e voltar pra salud. Pelo menos a raiva é menor que o prejuízo.
Service leaves a lot to be desired. I went there looking for an x-ray. I was without the order. I couldn't do it. I came at another company center to look for a doctor to give me an order. When I arrive here they inform me that the hospital has a doctor on duty and that he could give it to me. The ill will of the staff is not logical. Obs. Nothing free, ok. All paid! I will cancel my plan, pay the fine and go back to health. At least the anger is less than the harm.

I just have to thank the entire team at Matermed, nursing technician Alcione for all the care, affection and professionalism, nurse Bianca for the affection, for the patience and concern of the anesthesiologist whose name I can't remember now because I was very nervous at the time of the surgery, Dr Thiago Leonardo, excellent surgeon, super professional... eternal gratitude....

I went to an appointment, I had sinus symptoms, the doctor didn't even want to look at the x-ray, didn't even examine me or anything. Terrible service.
