★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fomos eu e meu filho consultar. A consulta durou 4 minutos! Os dois!! Atendimento péssimo! Não lembro o nome do médico, mas certamente não retornarei. Marquei outra consulta para meu filho em outro local e a experiência foi outra! Consulta de 1 hora, fez uma anamnese completa. Muito diferente dos 4 minutos do Biovisão.
My son and I went to consult. The consultation lasted 4 minutes! Both!! Terrible service! I don't remember the doctor's name, but I certainly won't be returning. I made another appointment for my son in another location and the experience was different! 1-hour consultation, took a complete anamnesis. Very different from the 4 minutes of Biovisão.

Fui tentar marcar uma consulta e fui totalmente destratada, a atendente não marcou meu horário, perguntei se tinha outro médico que poderia me atender ela me informou que só possuia um médico sendo que sempre fui atendida e tinha vários médicos na clínica. Descaso total

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento deixa muito a desejar! A clínica estava lotada, as pessoas não tinham lugares para sentar, todas aglomeradas, ou seja, sem nenhum protocolo de segurança em plena pandemia. Além disso, os exames que tiveram duração de 30 minutos demoraram mais de 4 horas para serem realizados, apenas por falta de organização. As atendentes ainda foram rudes quando questionadas sobre o atraso e inaceitável tempo de atraso. Não retornarei e não recomendo.

Infelizmente não consigo falar da competência dos médicos, pois não consegui comparecer ao atendimento agendando tamanha foi a confusão de ligações, e-mails e mensagens de Whatsapp. Desisti de ser cliente.
