★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O Setor de marcação de Ressonância é uma bagunça, o telefone ninguém atende, o aplicativo whatsapp disponibilizado ninguém te responde, uma total falta de respeito, parece até que os serviços são de graça. Precisam fazer uma fiscalização urgente naquele local, Ministério Público principalmente, cheguei às 11:30 para fazer exames da coluna fui atendido as 20:00 total falta de respeito, com a saúde das pessoas.
Culpar a quem? A falta de empatia de alguns funcionários ou a má gestão?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou aguardando o resultado de um aTC do abdômen e pelve da minhã mãe que era para ter sido entregue desde dia 7/01/2022,e a resposta que me deram é que não está pronto,a paciente necessita desse laudo pois a mesma foi diagnosticada com neoplasia a maligna do cólon sigmoide desde 27/7/21 ,está dependendo agora desse laudo para poder realizar a colonoscopia com biópsia , para dar andamento ao seu tratamento.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No geral, o hospital é muito bom, tirando apenas o fatos dos (a maioria) funcionários parecerem estar no recreio do ensino médio! É maqueiro dando em cima de recepcionista, uma situação que deixa que tá ali sendo obrigado a ouvir e com dor, constrangido. Ouvi o maqueiro chamando a enfermeira de gostosa, puxando quase a força a recepcionista pra beijar e abraçar, a enfermeira dizendo que a recepcionista quer dar pro outro maqueiro... Olha, precisam MUITO focar na educação e profissionalismo desses funcionários! Inclusive, fazer um intensivo pra esses machos sobre assédio.
Overall, the hospital is very good, apart from the fact that (most) staff seem to be in high school recess! It's a stretcher-bearer hitting on a receptionist, a situation that leaves him there being forced to listen and in pain, embarrassed. I heard the stretcher bearer calling the nurse hot, pulling the receptionist almost forcefully to kiss and hug, the nurse saying that the receptionist wants to give it to the other stretcher bearer... Look, they VERY need to focus on the education and professionalism of these employees! Including doing an intensive for these males about harassment.
