★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O primeiro atendimento para chegar ao médico e voltar pra revisão é muito demorado.
Precisei ficar internada no dia 01/08/20 as 3:00 da manhã até o dia 03/08/20 as 12:00h . Só tenho a agradecer as equipes desse plantão e dos seguintes, cuidando de todas as pacientes (principalmente as idosas) com muita dedicação
Continuem assim nossas heroínas , enfermeiras , técnicas de enfermagem...nossa linha de frente da saúde.

I had to stay in the hospital on 08/01/20 at 3:00 in the morning until 03/08/20 at 12:00. I can only thank the teams on duty and the following, taking care of all the patients (especially the elderly) with great dedication

Minha esposa ficou mas de 2h na fila, grávida de 7 MESSES, na hora que entrou na sala do médico, ele pergunta, você está gestante? ela responde que sim, ele pede pra ela sair, porque não atende gestante. Sério que ninguém do lado de fora, quem deu a senha, quem indicou para aquele médico, percebeu que ela era uma gestante?
INCOMPETÊNCIA!
Incompetence! My wife stayed more than 2 hours in line, pregnant with 7 MESSES, when she entered the doctor's office, he asks, are you pregnant? she says yes, he asks her to leave, because she doesn’t attend pregnant women. Seriously, nobody outside, who gave the password, who indicated that doctor, realized that she was a pregnant woman?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive nessa upa no dia 30/04/2021 na parte da manhã fui atendida aproximadamente 10:40 hr (am) com sintomas de covid, um senhor mal educado que se dizia "médico" e que de minuto em minuto chamava a "enfermeira" para ficar BRINCANDO, ao fazer uma pergunta para ele o mesmo me respondeu se eu estava vendo outra pessoa na sala para tal pergunta, sem contar q não retribuiu meu bom dia, enquanto a isso td bem porque nem todas as pessoas são obrigadas a terem educação. Bem... Nessa UPA não faz exame para ver se a pessoa está positiva para covid, ou seja, além de gastar dinheiro, ser mal ATENDIDA é mal tratada por médicos que só querem ficar brincando com a "enfermeira" vc sai de lá pior do que entrou.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Plantão do dia 10/11/21 para o dia 11/11/2021, péssimo, fui tratado que nem um cachorro, entrei procurando ajuda por conta das fortes dores respiratórias que eu estava saindo, saí com mais dor ainda, a médica nem teve a cara de pau de perguntar o que eu estava sentindo simplesmente muito mal olhou o raio-x e passou o medicamento Novalgina.
On duty from 11/10/21 to 11/11/2021, terrible, I was treated like a dog, I went looking for help because of the severe respiratory pain I was leaving, I left with even more pain, the doctor didn't even have the cheek to ask what I was feeling was just really bad, he looked at the x-ray and put on the medicine Novalgina.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No sábado, 09/10/21 por volta das 17:30, cheguei na UPA Beira Mar/DC e fui muito bem atendida por toda equipe de plantão desde a entrada até a saída, todos os funcionários foram atenciosos e solícito.
Parabéns a equipe e muito obrigada pelo excelente atendimento

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por duas vezes fui mal tratada pela Dr. Adriana, uma.pessoa totalmente desequilibrada que deveria estar em um hospício e não prestando atendimento a pessoas doentes, ainda mais em uma unidade de emergência. Da primeira vez quase me agrediu da segunda ficou gritando mandando eu sair, me negando atendimento só não fez mais graça pois meu esposo estava comigo. A UPA é muito bem equipada, tem exames como TC lá no Moacir mas os médicos deixam a desejar. Gostam de ficar brincando e conversando com os demais funcionários enquanto o povo quase morrendo tem que ficar esperando. O prefeito deveria rever esse pessoal. Já o Dr. Joelson Cardoso é um anjo, melhor atendimento que já tive na minha vida. Todos deveriam ser assim, atendimento humanizado, de primeira mesmo.
Twice I was treated badly by Dr. Adriana, a totally unbalanced person who should be in a hospice and not providing care to sick people, especially in an emergency unit. The first time he almost attacked me, the second he was screaming telling me to leave, denying me care, it just wasn't funny anymore because my husband was with me. The UPA is very well equipped, there are exams like CT at Moacir but the doctors are lacking. They like to play and chat with the other employees while the people almost dying have to wait. The mayor should review these people. Dr. Joelson Cardoso, on the other hand, is an angel, the best care I've ever had in my life. Everyone should be like this, humanized care, first rate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive na UPA do Beira-mar com meu filho,no dia 17/12/2021...cheguei bem cedo,as 6:00h da manhã,o primeiro atendimento foi muito bem feito e relativamente rápido,meu filho foi atendido pela Dra Andrea,uma excelente clínica,muito atenciosa...Ficamos o dia todo,porque foram feitos vários exames,e demoraram bastante para saírem os resultados...Quando retornamos para mostrar os exames, as 14:00h,estava lotado,um caos...Mas a culpa não é da equipe ou médicos,apenas não dá vazão para tanta gente...No geral,o atendimento foi bem satisfatório.

We stayed all day, because several tests were done, and it took a long time for the results to come out... When we returned to show the tests, at 2:00 pm, it was crowded, chaos... .But it's not the team's or doctors' fault, it just doesn't give vent to so many people... Overall, the service was very satisfactory.
