I've been calling the hospital for a week and no one is answering the phones. It just calls all the time but nothing. I need to book a pre-op appointment for my son and I can't get an answer

Funcionários bem simpáticos.no guichê
O guarda é muito simpático e sabe falar com as pessoas.
O alergista é um mega profissional.
Ponto negativo:. Tragam as crianças banhadas no repelente . Como tem muita árvore. Tem muito mosquito ( as picadas são brabas).

Sem conta que os médicos e alguns infermeira n da atenção direito os pacientes .
Não explica o que tá acontecendo com nosso filho , os pais que tem que correr atrás do que tá acontecendo, sem conta que as vezes aplicam médicacao n fala que medicação e suspende sem fala com o pai (mãe).
E as visitas médicas nem TDS avalia as crianças direito.
Eu como mãe não recomendo este hospital
Algumas pessoas falaram q era bom mas infelizmente não é.?
Hospital with bad service, the structure is not legal
Not to mention that doctors and some nurses give the right care to patients.
It doesn't explain what's happening with our child, parents who have to run after what's happening, not to mention that sometimes they apply medication, they don't say medication and suspend it without talking to the father (mother).
And neither doctor visits nor TDS evaluates children properly.
I as a mother do not recommend this hospital
Some people said it was good but unfortunately it's not.?

I cannot make an appointment. Two months of calling and no one answers. The doctors there ordered tests, I live far away and I can't dial the number they gave me.
