â â â â â A pior possĂvel como nĂŁo tem como dar nota zero coloquei uma estrela .. tinha agendado um procedimento para as 13 horas. Cheguei no local da internação e as 15:30 ainda nem minha ficha havia sido feita...fui perguntar o fui maltrada... Pedi pra fazer uma reclamação e pra minha surpresa a prĂłpria pessoa que me maltratou era o supervisor... Fui atendida as 17

â â â â â Vou dar 1 estrela por que nĂŁo tem a opção da dar zero.Essa Ă© a nota que esse hospital merece.Precisei de atendimento no pronto atendimento para suspeita de covid por todos os setores que passei nenhum ganhou mais que zero.Uma demora pra tudo o hospital nĂŁo estava cheio mesmo assim demorei 4 horas pra ser atendida.Descaso total. Setor de medicação uma bagunça ninguĂ©m sabia onde tava meu pedido mĂ©dico enfermeira grossa sem paciĂȘncia.Nem confio no exame de covid realizado pelo laboratĂłrio tamanha bagunça e falta de informação desse setor tambĂ©m.Desinformados e despreparados todos os funcionarios que tive contato no atendimento e os demais com quem falo todos os dias implorando por um resultado.Nunca mais piso naquele lugar melhor passar no hospital pĂșblico ou num PA.
I will give 1 star because it does not have the option to give zero. This is the note that this hospital deserves. I needed emergency care for suspected covid by all sectors that I spent none of which earned more than zero. hospital was not full yet it took me 4 hours to be attended. Total disregard. Medication sector a mess nobody knew where my doctor order was thick nurse without patience. I do not trust the covid exam performed by the laboratory such a mess and lack of information in this sector too. Uninformed and unprepared all the employees I had contact with in the service and the others who I talk to every day begging for a result. Never walk in that place anymore, better to go to the public hospital or a PA.

â â â â â Nota zero pra esse hospital, cheguei aqui Ă s 11:45 , sĂŁo 13:06 e nem no guichĂȘ ainda passei, que falta de respeito com seus pacientes, fui no PA da zona leste domingo e fui muito melhor atendida fique estou sendo aqui....um descaso total....e olha que pago o plano hĂĄ mais de 5 anos...
Grade zero for this hospital, I arrived here at 11:45 am, it is 1:06 pm and I haven't even been to the ticket office yet, what a lack of respect for your patients, I went to the East Side PA on Sunday and I was much better attended if I am being here .. ..a total neglect .... and look, I paid the plan for over 5 years ...

I have a very bad health plan⊠um⊠cause it pays if expensive. Bathrooms without soap without paper towels. Doctors circulating from one office to another, it takes a long time to attend .... it sucks better to save the money when you need it.

â â â â â Se vocĂȘ quer ser bem atendido... nĂŁo va a este hospital... primeiro vocĂȘ ficarĂĄ mais de hora para fazer a ficha na recepção... depois mais umas 2 horas para p medico atender... depois mais algumas horas para receber a medicação... as enfermeiras so ficam conversando... e o povo tudo reclamando... nĂŁo recomendo
If you want to be well attended ... do not go to this hospital ... first you will be more than an hour to do the form at the reception ... then another 2 hours to see the doctor ... then a few more hours to receive the medication ... the nurses just talk ... and the people complain ... I don't recommend

NOTA 10 e 5 ESTRELAS!!!Cheguei na recepção do pronto socorro e me atenderam muito bem.Passei com o ClĂnico Geral que logo viu meu diagnĂłstico de aneurisma cerebral e me encaminhou para a melhor equipe de neuro- cirurgiĂ”es que jĂĄ vi! Fiz uma cirurgia e graças a melhor equipe de enfermagem, que cuidaram de mim dia e noite, contribuĂram para minha rĂĄpida recuperação! NĂŁo sei se pode colocar nomes...mas sĂł tenho a agradecer primeiramente a Deus e ao hospital Samaritano e sua excelente equipe de profissionais, pois Ă© por Deus e por eles que hoje posso estar aqui para agradece-los! Deus continue abençoando a todos e muito obrigada a vocĂȘs por tudo!!!
Best service I've ever had! NOTE 10 and 5 STARS !!! I arrived at the emergency room reception and they treated me very well. I went to the General Physician who soon saw my diagnosis of cerebral aneurysm and referred me to the best team of neurosurgeons I have ever seen! I had surgery and thanks to the best nursing team, who took care of me day and night, contributed to my quick recovery! I don't know if you can put names ... but I can only thank God and the Samaritan hospital and its excellent team of professionals first, because it is for God and for them that today I can be here to thank them! God continue to bless you all and thank you so much for everything !!!
