O médico foi embora e ninguém nem pra avisar. Chegou as 16h, consulta era as 17:30, 18:30 foi reclamar que não a chamaram ainda, enrolaram para avisar que o médico já havia ido embora, 19h foi informada... Minha mãe chegou antes do atendimento, avisou na recepção, passou horas esperando e não foi atendida. Pior recepção que ja vi. Ridículo.
The doctor left and no one even to warn him. She arrived at 4 pm, appointment was at 5:30 pm, 6:30 pm she went to complain that they had not called her yet, they got around to tell her that the doctor had already left, 7:00 pm she was informed... My mother arrived before the service, warned the reception, spent hours waiting and was not answered. Worst reception I have ever seen. Ridiculous.

Infelizmente é um local que não voltarei. Os funcionários atendem bem, no entanto, a demora é exagerada. Na primeira vez que fui ao local cheguei as 14:49 e sai às 18:10. Na segunda vez, estava com exame marcado para as 14:00 cheguei com 30 minutos de antecedência. Fui chamada para realizar o exame as 15:20. Precisam agilizar a realização dos exames.
Unfortunately it's a place I won't be returning. The staff are very helpful, however the delay is exaggerated. The first time I went to the place, I arrived at 14:49 and left at 18:10. The second time, I had an exam scheduled for 2:00 pm, I arrived 30 minutes early. I was called to take the exam at 15:20. They need to speed up the exams.

Estou com meu pai idoso em estado muito crítico desde 16:00hs. Já são 21:00 e ainda não consegui concluir atendimento. Exames não ficam prontos e deixam esperando sem satisfação alguma. Temos que ficar indo o tempo todo cobrar. Não recomendo de maneira nenhuma.
I have been with my elderly father in very critical condition since 4 pm. It's already 21:00 and I still haven't been able to finish service. Exams are not ready and leave you waiting without any satisfaction. We have to go all the time to collect. I don't recommend it at all.

Péssima experiência! Precisei de levar meu pai ao Pronto Cardio por volta de 1:45 da madrugada do dia 29 de janeiro. Ele estava gritando com dores abdominais e respiração ofegante e bastante alterada. Chegando lá fui buscar uma cadeira para retirá-lo do carro e já percebi o deserto. Ninguém para ajudar. Logo em seguida fomos atendidos por uma moça muito mal preparada que mediu a pressão de meu pai e verificou os sentidos dele nas pernas e disse que se tratava de um AVC e que eles não tinham equipamento para diagnosticar, que deveríamos nos dirigir ao hospital Uniclinic, pois era o único que poderia nos ajudar. Pois bem, ele não estava tendo um AVC, estava tendo um choque hipovolêmico e que deveria ser tratado com emergência máxima nesse hospital que negligenciou o pronto atendimento. No hospital Uniclinic ele foi o Fernando na UTI o de foram realizados todos os procedimentos possíveis para salvá-lo, mas infelizmente veio a falecer as 11:50 da manhã. Talvez se vcs tivessem pessoas mais bem preparadas e experiência em diagnosticar as situações emergências, meu pai estivesse vivo.
Bad experience! I needed to take my dad to Pronto Cardio around 1:45 am on January 29th. He was screaming with abdominal pain and wheezing and greatly altered. Arriving there I went to get a chair to take it out of the car and I already noticed the desert. No one to help. Soon after we were attended by a very ill-prepared girl who measured my father's blood pressure and checked his senses in his legs and said that it was a stroke and that they did not have the equipment to diagnose it, that we should go to the Uniclinic hospital, for he was the only one who could help us. Well, he wasn't having a stroke, he was having a hypovolemic shock and that should be treated with maximum emergency in this hospital that neglected the emergency care. At Uniclinic hospital he went to Fernando in the ICU where all possible procedures were performed to save him, but unfortunately he died at 11:50 in the morning. Maybe if you had better prepared people and experience in diagnosing emergency situations, my father would be alive.

Demora no atendimento, lugar lotado, falta de priorização adequada com pessoas idosas em plena pandemia.

Primeira vez e tive uma PÉSSIMA experiência para uma simples consulta, horas de espera! Não recomendo em hipótese nenhuma, procure outra opção de Hospital. E é porque pagamos CARO por um plano de saúde, e quando precisamos, é só decepção!
First time and I had a BAD experience for a simple appointment, hours of waiting! I do not recommend under any circumstances, look for another hospital option. And it's because we pay DEAR for a health plan, and when we need it, it's just disappointment!

Consulta marcada para as 11:00hrs chego 10:30hrs, recebo uma senha pra marcar a consulta por ordem de chegada, se tivessem dito chegaria cedo pra ser um dos primeiros, aí ficam com um FALSO agendamento e causa transtornos a todos os pacientes, fazem o atendimento ficar demorado.....
Appointment scheduled for 11:00 am I arrive at 10:30 am, I receive a password to book the appointment in order of arrival, if they had said I would arrive early to be one of the first, then they get a FALSE appointment and cause inconvenience to all patients, they do service is delayed.....
