★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Demora no atendimento! Com guia nas mãos, seguindo apenas para a coleta de um exame PCR aguardei por 2h e meia até a conclusão do meu atendimento. Devagar demais, corremos da aglomeração mas não tem jeito. O hospital é excelente mas precisa urgente rever o atendimento do pronto socorro. Entendo a atual situação, mas acredito que precisamos ajustar para melhorar.
 Delay in service! With guide in hand, going only to collect a PCR exam, I waited for 2 and a half hours until the conclusion of my treatment. Too slowly, we run from the agglomeration but there's no way. The hospital is excellent but urgently needs to review the emergency room service. I understand the current situation, but I believe we need to adjust to improve.
