★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se pudesse não daria nenhuma estrela. O hospital está com um atendimento precário. A atendente me destratou quando solicitei atendimento, me questionando se era SUS. Nada contra, pelo contrário, já fui no UPA e fui bem recebida.
Quando falei que era convênio, ela chamou gritando com outra pessoa que disse a ela que não queria falar com a mesma.
Me deu uma senha e falou pra aguardar. Isso porquê ninguém estava atendendo.
Detalhe, falei que era gestante e de nada adiantou. Estava com 39 de febre e dor de ouvido. Saí de lá sem ser chamada e sem ser atendida então me desloquei até o Hospital Ribeirânia. Não volto nunca mais no Santa Lydia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou de outro Estado,hoje estive no Hospital ,sem palavras pelo atendimento prestado,a recepção na sala de espera,médico e o enfermeiro que fez a parte do gesso estão de parabéns. Hospital diferenciado de todos em Ribeirão Preto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não vou dar estrelas pois meu esposo faleceu nesse hospital, como os procedimentos eram feitos fechado , sem transparência, pois não pude acompanhar só receber boletins teve vezez com ate 48 hrs depois , eu não vou julgar não sei os procedimentos que foram realizados , se fizeram de tudo para tentar salvar a vida de meu esposo e o trataram com humanidade fica os meus mas sinceros agradecimento,se perdi meu esposo por negligência nada escapa aos olhos de Deus ate mesmo para aqueles que não crê, e justiça de Deus não falha e no tempo certo ela vem para todos.

Agora o pessoal, da recepção e que atende o telefone, essas pessoas não tem escrúpulos, não tem educação nenhuma, e nenhum tipo de comprometimento com o trabalho. Estou com minha vó 55 dias na UTI, e só temos informações por o telefone, o telefone nunca atende, quando atendem são extremamente grosseiros. Cada dia um fala uma coisa, na maioria dos dias ficamos sem informações , sem boletim médico pois não passam nossa ligação para o médico. ALGUÉM TEM QUE TOMAR PROVIDÊNCIA POIS ACONTECE TODOS OS DIAS ESTE DESCASO! LIXOS DE PESSOAS

SOMEONE HAS TO TAKE CARE BECAUSE THIS NEGLIGENCE HAPPENS EVERY DAY! PEOPLE'S WASTE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento das equipes médicas e enfermagens são nota 10, pena que as refeições que servem aos internos nem em presídio deve ser tão ruim como a deste hospital, parece uma cena de terror quando vem as refeições, comida sem tempero de tudo, parece feito só na água, arroz se jogar na parece gruda, a carne quando mandam, vem dura! Os purês parecem que vem requentados e as vezes até com gosto de estragado! Feijão ralo mais água que feijão! Se precisar ficar neste hospital dependendo das refeições que servem, estarão perdidos! Isso são relatos de minha família que faz tratamento aí ainda, e já ouvimos de muitos internos de quartos vizinhos dizendo o mesmo das refeições! Isso tudo sendo interno pela Unimed em, teria que haver uma investigação neste assunto das refeições, deixo bem claro, que ( o atendimento e equipes de médicos e de enfermagem são nota 10 )
SÓ ACHO QUE DEVERIA TER UMA INVESTIGAÇÃO SOBRE AS REFEIÇÕES QUE SERVEM, LAMENTÁVEL!!!!!!

The care provided by the medical and nursing teams is a 10, too bad the meals served to inmates, not even in prison, must be as bad as the one in this hospital, it looks like a horror scene when the meals come, food without seasoning at all, it seems to be made only in the water, rice if you throw it on the wall, it sticks, when the meat is ordered, it comes hard! The purees seem to be reheated and sometimes even taste spoiled! Grated beans more water than beans! If you need to stay in this hospital depending on the meals they serve, you're lost! These are reports from my family who are still undergoing treatment there, and we've heard from many inmates in neighboring rooms saying the same about meals! All this being internal by Unimed, there would have to be an investigation into this matter of meals, I make it very clear, that (the service and medical and nursing teams are grade 10)
I JUST THINK THERE SHOULD BE AN INVESTIGATION ON THE MEALS THEY SERVE, SORRY!!!!!!
One star goes to medical heroes and another star goes to nursing staff! and for kitchen, minus 3 stars!
