★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hospital aonde vc se sente respeitado,médicos ,enfermeiros,maqueiros,recepcionistas e em modo geral tem muito carinho com todos,principalmente com os pacientes e vc nota que não é uma simpatia falça por ser um hospital particular é espontâneo de cada um,Deus abençoe a toda equipe do hospital São Lucas!
 Hospital where you feel respected, doctors, nurses, makeup artists, receptionists and in general you have a lot of affection for everyone, especially with patients and you notice that it is not a sympathy to be a private hospital, it is spontaneous of each one, God bless to all the staff at the São Lucas hospital!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em maio deste ano (2019) eu e minha esposa, grávida de 7 meses sofremos um acidente grave onde um caminhão acertou a traseiro do veículo onde estávamos com força, nos projetando para frente uns 10 metros e fazendo com colidíssemos em outro veículo.
A emergência da Rota116 chegou no local rápido porem minha cunhada que estava perto do local, se prontificou à levar em caráter de emergência minha esposa até o hospital São Lucas e eu fui dirigido pela Rota116 ao Raul Sertã onde fui muito bem atendido e deixado em observação até que a equipe médica pudesse me liberar.
Por outro lado, minha esposa que deveria ser muito melhor atendida do que eu, chegou ao São Lucas, com a sala de emergência vazia e ainda teve que esperar mais ou menos 15 minutos para ser atendida mal e porcamente pelo médico de plantão que atendeu com tamanha ignorância, sem sequer aferir sua pressão ou entrando em contato solicitando um obstetra para avaliar o quadro do bebê para saber se estava tudo OK. Foi atendida em exatos 12 minutos e liberada pelo médico, mesmo sentindo dor e apavorada com o acidente sem resposta se o bebê estava bem.
Ou seja, pelo hospital que é e pelo preço que se paga para ter um atendimento diferenciado tratando-se da saúde, deixa muito à desejar em alguns pontos onde alguns profissionais que juraram cuidar do próximo não o cumprem.

On the other hand, my wife, who was supposed to be much better treated than me, arrived at São Lucas, with the emergency room empty and still had to wait about 15 minutes to be treated badly and by the doctor on duty who attended with such ignorance without even gauging their pressure or contacting an obstetrician to evaluate the baby's condition to see if everything was OK. She was treated in exactly 12 minutes and released by the doctor, even feeling pain and terrified of the accident without response if the baby was well.
That is, for the hospital it is and for the price one pays to have a differentiated service when it comes to health, leaves much to be desired in some points where some professionals who have sworn to take care of others do not comply with it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento e estrutura covid vergonhosa um medico pra atender emergência e covid, se perde horas. Meu covid já foi confirmado em laboratório particular, no hospital se negaram a fazer rx ,exame de sangue, e tomografia e tiveram o desplante de falar q dariam pedido pra fazer em outro local. Fui dois dias seguidos, um medico faz uma receita, no outro o medico acha exagero e manda descartar. Mesmo q se eu quisesse fazer tc em outro local o gs informou q demoraria 7 dias pra autorizar.
Cobrar eles sabem e bem caro por sinal, to perplexa, plano desse jeito deve ser bem processado pro bolso doer. Estão brincando com vidas. Não sou de violência, q seja bem claro, mas qdo perdem a paciência tem quem fique de o olho torto, mas até eu peço q me de saúde e calma pq se der força dava uma coça em meia dúzia, começando pela direção, afinal outros funcionários cumprem ordens. a médica paz e amor disse q a dor no corpo não era do covid era pra procurar neurologista, nem teste fez, e ele já perdeu olfato e paladar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheguei hoje à urgência hoje com uma ferida necrosada de picada de aranha e o Hospital São Lucas RECUSOU ATENDIMENTO NO PARTICULAR. A urgência estava vazia, com o enfermeiro na recepção junto às recepcionistas e NÃO ME ATENDEU por ordens da diretoria. O não-atendimento de casos de urgência fere o código de ética médico. Cruel e irresponsável. O hospital São Lucas não tem comprometimento com a saúde nem com o cidadão.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje, dia 01/06/2022 tem mais de 20 pessoas aguardando atendimento na urgência, sendo que apenas um médico está disponível, são 21:39 horas e tem gente aguardando desde as 17:30hs, minha filha é a vigésima primeira nesta fila, vomitando, e se sentindo mal está deitada no banco do carro, isto é um absurdo, uma angústia sem fim para a família.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheguei 3:30 com uma dor lancinante no torax, febre de 38,2 e nausea, fiz exame de sangue com muita demora e fui saber o resultado do exame 6:30 pois a médica foi dormir, enquanto eu estava com a veia aberta por 2:30 em um lugar desconfortável que deu muita dor na lombar. Isso que eu era a única paciente,fui muito negligenciada. Após amanhecer virada neste hospital, solicitaram mais exames pois o 1 não indicou nada. Fiz o outro exame e mais um chá de cadeira,isso já de dia. Nunca fui tão mal atendida e negligenciada como neste hospital.
