Fiquei por mais de 2 horas aguardando e nĂŁo consegui ser atendida, apesar do hospital estar vazio.
Desisti e fui embora
 Terrible attendance. Uninformed attendants.

Fazia perguntas que ela mesmo jĂĄ dava a resposta, eu entrei quando comecei a contar o que sentia ela me interrompeu jĂĄ dando o diagnĂłstico.
Nunca mais volto naquele lugar, além da demora e o desgaste pela espera, não houve atendimento, pq o que foi receitado era o que eu jå venho tomando em casa.
Absurdo um hospital particular permitir funcionĂĄrios assim.
Valorizem o SUS, sem dĂșvida fui muito melhor atendido lĂĄ.

Absurd for a private hospital to allow employees like that.

â â â â â 1 estrela pq nĂŁo tenho opção de --10. NĂŁo venham nesse hospital! NĂŁo aceitem ser internados nesse hospital! Eu entrei para investigar uma dor e saĂ com problemas psicolĂłgicos devido ao tratamento desumano que recebi. NĂŁo posso nem comparar com SUS, pois jĂĄ tive tratamento muito humano em hospitais pĂșblicos e clĂnicas na famĂlia. Os Profissionais desse hospital sĂŁo desprepatados, ignorantes, seres humanos da pior espĂ©cie. Foi a pior experiĂȘncia da minha vida ter que passar 3 dias nesse lugar. Detalhe, no momento deste relato ainda me encontro internada, mas jĂĄ estĂĄ decidido pegar minhas coisas e abandonar esse lugar assim que amanhecer. Chega!

â â â â â PĂ©ssimo hospital: mĂ©dicos e enfermeiros sem respeito com seus pacientes.
Ninguém sabe passar uma informação concreta, a liberação dos exames não é feita no prazo, os pacientes após alta precisam ficar indo atrås de seus exames.
Ou seja, NĂO RECOMENDO A NINGUĂM.

â â â â â Dia 13/05 fui na emergĂȘncia, pois eu estava com uma dor nas costas ao respirar durante a semana toda, entĂŁo na sexta-feira (13/05) decidi ir na emergĂȘncia do Semiu. Nunca tinha ido lĂĄ antes e nem tinha referĂȘncia de conhecidos. Durante o atendimento na recepção jĂĄ notei uma falta de empatia com o paciente, tanto comigo, quanto com a senhora que estava sendo atendida ao meu lado. A emergĂȘncia estava vazia, umas 6 pessoas. ApĂłs uns 30 minutos fui chamada na triagem, informei todos os sintomas que estava sentindo, comentei que estava preocupada sobre poder ser inĂcio de uma pneumonia, mas o enfermeiro falou que provavelmente nĂŁo, mas que ainda seria avaliada por um mĂ©dico. ApĂłs 30 minutos o mĂ©dico me chamou, entrando lĂĄ ele me perguntou o que eu estava sentindo e eu falei exatamente da mesma forma que falei na triagem, incluindo por estar com medo de ser pneumonia, nesse momento o mĂ©dico fez uma cara meio de deboche e pediu p eu ligar a luz do meu celular para ver minha garganta, com isso ele disse que minha garganta estava meio vermelha, que podia ser inĂcio de uma gripe, ouviu minha respiração e disse que estava normal, com isso ele deu o diagnĂłstico de "inĂcio de um gripe" e me liberou com receitas para remĂ©dios de dor, de dor muscular, de doenças respiratĂłrias e um pedido para realizar um teste de covid. Detalhe, eu nĂŁo estava com nenhum sintoma de resfriado!! NĂŁo estava nem com dor na garganta! No final das contas, domingo passei tĂŁo mal que precisei ir em outra emergĂȘncia, nessa outra realizaram vĂĄrios exames e fui diagnosticada com pneumonia alĂ©m de um outro problema de dĂmero. Enfim, NĂO RECOMENDO de jeito nenhum esse hospital! Se vocĂȘ puder recorrer a outro, vĂĄ em outro. SĂł vĂĄ nesse se for sua Ășnica opção.
On the 13/05th I went to the emergency room, as I had a pain in my back when breathing all week, so on Friday (13/05) I decided to go to the Semiu emergency room. I had never been there before and had no references from acquaintances. During the service at the reception I already noticed a lack of empathy with the patient, both with me and with the lady who was being treated next to me. The emergency room was empty, about 6 people. After about 30 minutes I was called to triage, I reported all the symptoms I was experiencing, I said that I was worried about the beginning of pneumonia, but the nurse said that probably not, but that I would still be evaluated by a doctor. After 30 minutes the doctor called me, going in there he asked me what I was feeling and I said exactly the same way I said in the triage, including because I was afraid of pneumonia, at that moment the doctor made a kind of mocking face and asked me to turn on my cell phone light to check my throat, with that he said that my throat was a little red, that it could be the beginning of a flu, he heard my breathing and said it was normal, with that he gave the diagnosis of " start of a flu" and released me with prescriptions for pain medicine, muscle pain, respiratory diseases and a request to perform a covid test. Detail, I didn't have any symptoms of a cold!! I didn't even have a sore throat! In the end, Sunday I was so sick that I had to go to another emergency, in that other one they performed several tests and I was diagnosed with pneumonia in addition to another dimer problem. Anyway, I DO NOT RECOMMEND this hospital at all! If you can go to another one, go to another one. Only go there if it's your only option.
