★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O espaço é bastante acolhedor e espaçoso pra vc e seu pet, toda hora tinha uma funcionária limpando o local e achei muito bom mesmo!
O corpo médico excelente prestaram todo suporte aí meu doguinho,muito bom mesmo além do preço ser bastante acessivo tem todo suporte como RX,ultrassom,atendimento de emergência que vi muito rápido ,muito atenciosos e carinhosos com os animais.
Só não avaliei com 5 estrelas porque a demora pra ser atendido chega a ser um ponto bastante negativo para o local,eu cheguei lá às 07:40 da manhã ,meu cachorro foi ser atendido era mais de 13 horas,sem falar na desorganização na recepção,tinha muitas pessoas que tinham marcado horário e esperaram por horas tbm,acho que deveria ter um painel eletrônico e senhas eletrônicas para cada caso,facilitaria e muito o trabalho dos colaboradores que tinham que ficar chamando pelos pacientes e as vezes com o barulho dos animais não dava nem pra ouvir direito,e dos usuários do hospital que não precisariam ficar toda hora perguntando se tinham ou não chamado seu nome,e também deveria ter um segurança no local para os mais exaltados.
Deveria também ter uma placa bem grande informando que sobre o uso obrigatório de focinheira para todos os animais,pois a grande maioria não estava usando,e serve tbm para a segurança de todos.

The only reason I didn't rate it with 5 stars because the delay to be served is a very negative point for the place, I got there at 7:40 am, my dog went to be attended for more than 13 hours, not to mention the disorganization at the reception , there were many people who had made an appointment and waited for hours too, I think there should be an electronic panel and electronic passwords for each case, it would greatly facilitate the work of employees who had to keep calling for patients and sometimes with the noise of animals I couldn't even hear it properly, and the hospital users who wouldn't have to keep asking if they had called their name or not, and there should also be a security guard on site for the most excited.
There should also be a very large sign informing about the mandatory use of a muzzle for all animals, as the vast majority were not using it, and it also serves for everyone's safety.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu gato e cachorro foram atendidos nesse hospital, e antes de avaliar sobre, gostaria de levantar algumas sugestões que possa ajudar muito na hora de levar o bichinho no Vet.
Em qualquer lugar depois que o veterinário avaliar e manda pra casa, o dono tem que acompanhar o processo de cura, até às melhores clínicas o dono tem que acompanhar e sempre ficar atento se está ou não melhorando . Outra coisa, sempre faça um relatório de perguntas a ser perguntado para o veterinário pra não deixar passar nada e pra consulta ser satisfatória. Por último , nunca confiar 100% no veterinário, por eles também erram.
Então , esse dia da consulta foi ótima, o Vet fez exames e passou receita, nada a reclamar do hospital, agora e manitorar.

Anywhere after the vet evaluates it and sends it home, the owner has to follow the healing process, even in the best clinics the owner has to follow up and always be aware if it is improving or not. Another thing, always make a report of questions to be asked to the vet to not miss anything and for the consultation to be satisfactory. Finally, never trust the vet 100%, because they make mistakes too.
So, that day of the consultation was great, the Vet did exams and gave a prescription, nothing to complain about the hospital, now and monitoring.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei a cadelinha de uma amg q já estava c pedido de exame de leshimaniose p ser feito e msm assim, me fizeram esperar 3 horas e pagar a consulta p médico dizer q era só eles terem feito na hora o exame. Passaram no dia anterior vários remédios e nenhum era p o problema q ela tinha, de rins. Queriam interná-la a td custo. Assim q sai de lá levei num vet particular e esse fez os exames corretos e descobriu q ela já estava em estado avançado de insuficiência renal. Ela morreu no dia seguinte! Hospital irresponsável q se beneficia do desespero e tristeza dos tutores p ganhar dinheiro. Pois os exames são o triplo do preço

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O meu maior arrependimento foi ter levado meu filhinho nesse hospital. Ele estava sem comer, tremendo de dor, não estava dormindo e ela se quer examinou ele direito, olhou a temperatura e passou a mão na coluna e já disse que estava com uma fratura. Passou vários remédios caros, não me importei de comprar pois o principal era o bem estar dele, passou 7 dias e nada de melhora, voltamos novamente mas dessa vez pedimos para ser atendidos por outra veterinária que também nao examinou ele direito. Eu mesma descobri que ele estava com uma infecção na boca… voltei lá e mostrei e eles me disseram que então tava explicado por que o tratamento não estava funcionando. Eu NUNCA vi um veterinário não examinar a boca do animal. Hoje graças a Deus ele esta bem melhor, sendo cuidado por profissionais competentes, mas o diagnóstico errado acarretou vários problemas. Ele tomou remédio fortíssimos sem necessidade alguma, barato que sai caro! NÃO LEVEM NESSE LUGAR. Pessoal despreparado é que só se preocupa em tomar o seu dinheiro.

He wasn't eating, shaking with pain, he wasn't sleeping and she didn't even examine him properly, looked at the temperature and rubbed his spine and already said he had a fracture. He passed several expensive medicines, I didn't mind buying it because the main thing was his well being, it went on for 7 days and nothing got better, we came back again but this time we asked to be attended by another vet who also didn't examine him properly. I myself found out that he had an infection in his mouth… I went back there and showed him and they told me that then it was explained why the treatment was not working. I have NEVER seen a vet not examine an animal's mouth. Today, thank God, he is much better, being taken care of by competent professionals, but the wrong diagnosis caused several problems. He took very strong medicine without any need, cheap that is expensive! DO NOT TAKE IT TO THIS PLACE. Unprepared people are just worried about taking your money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom, eu cheguei com minha cachorrinha na clínica na ultima segunda feira com um quadro de piometria, segundo eles, eles disseram que eram uma urgência cirúrgica, mas demoraram ainda mais de 5 hrs para realizar a cirurgia. Depois da cirurgia minha cachorrinha que já havia entrado pra sala bastante ofegante, saiu mais ofegante ainda e eles me liberaram ela pra ir pra casa, eu não entendia, achei que era algo relacionado a anestesia e que ia passar, questionei mas não deram muita importância, disseram que poderia ser relacionado aos medicamentos da anestesia e que ela havia tomado muita morfina na cirurgia, e eu pedi para tomarem cuidado com os anestésicos antes dela entrar. Em casa tinha hora que parecia que ela ia parar de respirar, não preguei o olho a noite toda e logo quando amanheceu corri pra clinica com ela e esperei a clínica abrir. Eles internaram ela já muito grave, com muita falta de ar, senti que ficaram perdidos com o caso dela, não tive muitas respostas, não sabiam me dizer as coisas direito, o olhinho dela em uma das visitas durante a internação estava embasado, parecia tá perdendo a visão, e não estava assim antes, o porque daquela falta de ar gente??? Ela estava sofrendo, será que eles não viram? internei ela na terça pela manhã e ela ficou assim sentindo muito falta de ar até na quinta 7:30 da manhã, quando segundo eles, me ligaram falando que ela teve uma PCR e não resistiu.? Estou arrasada, passando um milhão de coisas na minha cabeça. O que de fato aconteceu? De repente eu perdi minha cachorrinha, minha companheira. Ela sofreu tanto. Podiam ter avaliado melhor, discutido o caso dela com mais cuidado, ter mais empatia tanto pelo animal quanto pela familia. Não queria que ela tivesse sofrido assim e ainda por cima morrido longe de mim ??Como achei que eram profissionais, eu acabei confiei neles.
Gastei 2.000,00 na clínica pra eles me entregarem o corpinho dela, com poucas explicações pro caso dela. Eu estou sem entender até agora o que de fato aconteceu. Eu e minha família estamos arrasadas por perde lá, mas principalmente de como as coisas aconteceram.

She was suffering, didn't they see? I hospitalized her on Tuesday morning and she was very short of breath until Thursday at 7:30 am, when according to them, they called me saying that she had a PCR and couldn't resist.? I'm devastated, going through a million things in the hospital. my head. What actually happened? Suddenly I lost my puppy, my companion. She suffered so much. They could have evaluated better, discussed her case more carefully, had more empathy for both the animal and the family. I didn't want her to have suffered like this and on top of that she died far from me ?? As I thought they were professionals, I ended up trusting them.
I spent 2,000.00 at the clinic for them to deliver her little body to me, with little explanation for her case. I still don't understand what actually happened. My family and I are devastated to lose there, but mostly how things turned out.
