★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui socorrer meu cachorro acabei esquecendo a minha máscara, e meu cachorro estava bastante debilitado e desfalecido, e mesmo assim se negaram atender meu cachorro pelo fato de eu estar sem a máscara.
I went to help my dog, I ended up forgetting my mask, and my dog was very weak and faint, and even so they refused to attend to my dog because I was without the mask.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito bom! Excelente estrutura, estacionamento coberto, localização boa, faz um monte de exames, tem preço bom e o atendimento é maravilhoso! Fomos atendidos pelo Dr. Lucas ele é incrível! Foi super simpático, muito atencioso e cuidadoso com tudo! Super recomendo!
Very good! Excellent structure, covered parking, good location, does a lot of exams, has a good price and the service is wonderful! We were attended by Dr. Lucas he is amazing! He was super friendly, very attentive and careful with everything! Super recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So tem estrutura, mas tem um atendimento lento, prazo pra resultado de exame pra um hemograma não é cumprido pelo hospital que é de 24h… Terceirizam o processamento de exames e quer que o cliente va atras do laboratório terceirizado pra pegar o resultado. Ja fui em clínicas menores e o resultado saiu antes do esperado. So dou 1 estrela porque minha cachorra foi bem atendida pela médica e só! Nao volto mais.
It only has structure, but it has a slow service, deadline for the exam result for a blood count is not met by the hospital which is 24 hours... They outsource the processing of exams and want the client to go after the outsourced laboratory to get the result. I've been to smaller clinics and the result came out sooner than expected. I only give 1 star because my dog was well attended by the doctor and that's it! I'm not coming back.

Ela coletou sangue com a veterinária Bárbara, que me mandou msg mais tarde pelo WhatsApp avisando que o sangue coletado havia coagulado, motivo pelo qual eu precisava levar a gata lá no outro dia para realizar nova coleta. No outro dia, com outra veterinária, não obstante as inúmeras tentativas, não conseguiram realizar a coleta. No fim, minha gata foi submetida a grande estresse, não confio no exame que foi realizado e entendo como grande falta de profissionalismo terem deixado o sangue do animal coagular (?). Tenho (muitos) outros animais, e nunca tinha passado por isso, ainda mais pagando o valor que se paga pelo atendimento/exames nesse Hospital. Não volto e não indico.
I took my cat Dora for tests (fiv/felv and blood count). She collected blood with the veterinarian Bárbara, who sent me a message later on WhatsApp notifying that the blood collected had clotted, which is why I needed to take the cat there the other day to carry out a new collection. The other day, with another veterinarian, despite the numerous attempts, they were unable to carry out the collection. In the end, my cat was subjected to a lot of stress, I don't trust the exam that was performed and I understand how great lack of professionalism they let the animal's blood clot (?). I have (many) other animals, and I had never been through this, even more paying the amount paid for the care/exams at this Hospital. I won't be back and won't recommend.

Hospital with great service and reasonable prices. Very attentive and caring staff with pets. I've had my kitten buried there since Monday.
