★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótimo espaço e atendimento. Tratam muito bem o animal e explicam tudo para os donos. Deixa a desejar na parte dos diferenciais pois eles não estava em uso/funcionando. O bebedouro fonte para os gatos estava com água muito suja e tinha mosquinhas, o feliway estava desligado, a porta de segurança anti-fuga também desligado…
Great space and service. They treat the animal very well and explain everything to the owners. It leaves something to be desired in the part of the differentials as they were not in use/working. The water fountain for the cats had very dirty water and had flies, the feliway was turned off, the anti-leakage security door was also turned off...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Achei o espaço bom, os valores um pouco altos, mas achei falta de profissionalismo de alguns, que detectaram que meu gatinho tinha que fazer uma cirurgia de emergência. E a cirurgiã que foi combinado de na quarta-feira atender ele foi embora antes e sem nos avisar, e por isso meu gato ficou sem atendimento, pedimos pra retornar e remarcar a avaliação e continuamos sendo ignorados
