★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima. Primeiro o pessoal da recepção não avisa se o médico que você já passou seu animal está ou não... até vir um outro médico, sem noção nenhuma do quadro... Não parece ter lido nenhum registro do atendimento anterior do animal e faz orientações com base nisso apenas...
Além disso atrasam, demoram para atender o bicho, mas liberam em poucos minutos

Eu queria viajar com o meu Gato e o veterinário do plantão não sabia orientar nada....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, as atendente não sabe de nada pergunta uma coisa pra gente e vai lá dentro perguntar p médico depois ela vem falar com agente de novo e volta a falar com o médico tipo leva e trás. A atendente me ligou pedindo pra mim levar o gato pra ser operado a tarde cheguei lá três da tarde e sai de lá seis da tarde sem resolver nada. Me disseram que não poderia operar porque não tinha mais vaga durante o dia, só a noite e a noite o valor sobe mais 40% em cima do valor total. E eu não tinha esse dinheiro, meu gato precisa ser operado urgente mais eles não pode operar durante o dia querem cobrar um absurdo só pq e a noite. Deixar de operar o animal porque a pessoa não tem como pagar o acréscimo . Fui por dois dias nessa clínica gastando com uber sem ter pra levar o gato e eles só me fazendo de besta. Triste com essa clínica triste com essas pessoas que se acham profissionais.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha pequena precisou de atendimento pois fraturou a pata, já era sexta a noite, fui muito bem atendida, não lembro o nome do médico, mas me explicou tudo e só de olhar, antes mesmo do raio-x já me disse que era caso de cirurgia.
Dr Robson estava em cirurgia e conseguiu encaixar minha pequena, se não ela teria que esperar por dias internada.
Muito grata a toda a equipe, são maravilhosos, fiquei tranquila ao ver o cuidado que eles tiveram com minha filhinha. Recomendo, sem dúvidas.
My little one needed care because she fractured her paw, it was already Friday night, I was treated very well, I don't remember the name of the doctor, but he explained everything to me and just looking at it, even before the x-ray, he already told me that it was a case of surgery.
Dr Robson was in surgery and managed to fit my little one, otherwise she would have to wait for days in the hospital.
Very grateful to the entire team, they are wonderful, I was reassured to see the care they took with my little girl. I recommend it, without a doubt.
