★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, gerente Cíntia se recusa a realizar uma troca e nos aponta como mentirosos quando informo que atendente nos pediu para levar somente o produto intacto e dentro de sacola.
Com ironia diz_ Realmente só funcionário mente e cliente não.
Ainda com o comprovante de débito em mãos, a mesma ainda busca nas câmeras para ver se realmente não me serão a NF.
Humilhante, falta de respeito com o consumidor.
Nessa loja nunca mais volto.

Loja até legal pra realizar compras. Porem; na hora da troca é muita falta de respeito!! Estive na loja por duas vezes, para realizar uma troca!! Graças à Deus, que no dia de ontem, tinha uma moça no caixa muito simpática e chamou a Iracema!! Nossa!! Essa sim é vendedora de verdade é um ser humano. Quando foram realizar compras, procuram a Iracema, nota mil.. muito obrigada

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Funcionária Arlinda muito mal educada, perguntei se havia determinado produto e sua resposta foi não com a maior cara de deboche que já vi na minha vida, ainda foi me seguir na loja quando entrei de novo para ver umas meias e resmungou que eu disse que queria outro produto e não meias. Além de não ser da conta dela se desejo outro produto, ela deve aprender a ser mais educada e dar espaço para os clientes. Atendentes assim só espantam clientes, se um dia eu voltar à loja prefiro não comprar nada a ser ajudada por ela. Fora isso a loja tem muitos bons produtos e preços bons
Very rude employee Arlinda, I asked if there was a certain product and her answer was no with the biggest mockery face I've ever seen in my life, she was still following me in the store when I went in again to see some socks and she mumbled that I said I wanted it other product and not socks. Not only is it none of her business if I want another product, she should learn to be more polite and make room for customers. Attendants like that only scare away customers, if one day I go back to the store I'd rather not buy anything than be helped by her. Other than that, the store has a lot of good products and good prices.
