★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Materiais e preços excelentes, uma loja que eu recomendaria muito se não fosse pela “Manuela” que trabalha no local, uma moça bonita, aparentemente educada, mas que agiu com muita falta de profissionalismo diversas vezes no seu atendimento. O primeiro caso foi na divergência de informação em relação ao tamanho da aliança, onde ela quis empurrar um tamanho que minha mulher não estava confortável com o encaixe da aliança, mesmo minha mulher solicitando a mesma não nos trouxe um número maior(se fosse o caso de não ter o tamanho maior do modelo que nós queríamos, era só nos avisar, mas a mesma não deu a entender que esse era o caso), e acabamos ficando com uma anel que mulher não se sente 100% confortável, o segundo caso foi que tivemos um problema em relação ao pagamento, e fomos cobrados duas vezes, mas em questão foi problema da maquininha de cartões, mas que se tornou um pouco de constrangimento porque a mesma não conseguia solucionar o problema ou dar uma resposta que nos confortasse(no fim tivemos o dinheiro estornado). E por último foi a coisa que realmente me entristeceu com atendimento. Na hora de escrever os nomes na aliança, mesmo eu soletrando ela enviou com o nome da minha mulher faltando uma letra e a mesma tinha dito que não havia espaço para colocar a frase que queríamos mais a data, e adivinha ! Assim que chegaram as alianças tinham as datas nas duas mais as frases. Não vou negar que fiquei um pouco feliz, mas foi uma felicidade com um grande desgosto por minha parte e da minha mulher, pois ela havia confirmado que não daria, e ela nem chegou a comentar que estariam vindo com as datas, nos sentimos enganados. E focando novamente no nome da minha mulher que veio errado, a Manuela nos afirmou que o mesmo não poderia ser mudado e ao questionar se ao menos poderia ser riscado ou apagado ela novamente afirmou que não poderia. Me entendam, basicamente eu teria que ir embora com uma aliança com um nome de outra pessoa e ter que sair “feliz” com isso (sinceramente nesse momento eu só queria ir embora, terminar de acertar o pagamento, dizer obrigado, jogar as alianças fora e ir numa outra loja), mas felizmente uma outra atendente se mobilizou e entendeu nosso problema, nos disse que sim, poderia mudar o nome e que apenas demoraria 1h pós quem fazia esse serviço estava cheio de serviços(foi aí que entendemos que era o caso da pessoa realmente não querer fazer o nosso serviço naquele momento), então fomos num restaurante na proximidade, ficamos um pouco mais de uma hora, acabei comprando outros presentes para minha mulher que gostaria de comprar na Meritum, porém já não suportava mais a situação, após chegarmos lá recebemos a aliança que faltava, pegamos a nota de garantia onde a Manuela teve de ser avisada para nós entregar o que nos fez questionar se ela realmente nos daria se não fosse avisada, tiramos dúvidas relacionadas a relógios e correu tudo normal.
Ótimo lugar, apesar de não ser espaçoso passa a sensação de conforto, se não fosse a péssima experiência que tive com o atendimento nesse dia com a atendente daria fácil 5 estrelas e sobraria apenas elogios.

And lastly it was the thing that really saddened me with attendance. At the time of writing the names on the ring, even though I spelled it she sent it with my wife's name missing a letter and she had said that there was no space to put the phrase that we wanted the date more, and guess what! As soon as the rings arrived they had the dates in the two plus the sentences. I will not deny that I was a little happy, but it was a happiness with great disgust on my part and on my wife, as she had confirmed that she would not give, and she did not even comment that they would be coming with the dates, we feel cheated. And focusing again on the name of my wife that came wrong, Manuela told us that it could not be changed and when questioning if it could at least be scratched or erased, she again said that she could not. Understand me, basically I would have to leave with an alliance with a name of someone else and have to leave "happy" with it (honestly at that moment I just wanted to leave, finish settling the payment, say thank you, throw the alliances away and go to another store), but luckily another attendant got mobilized and understood our problem, told us that yes, it could change the name and that it would only take 1 hour after the person doing this service was full of services (that's when we understood that it was the in case the person really doesn’t want to do our job at that moment), so we went to a nearby restaurant, we stayed a little over an hour, I ended up buying other gifts for my wife that I would like to buy at Meritum, but I couldn’t stand the situation anymore , after we got there we received the missing wedding ring, we took the guarantee note where Manuela had to be notified for us to deliver what made us question if she really would give it to us if we were not notified, we cleared doubts related to watches and everything went normal.
Great place, despite not being spacious, it gives the feeling of comfort, if it weren't for the bad experience I had with the service that day with the attendant, it would give easy 5 stars and only praise would be left.
