★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O hotel é ótimo para cachorros de todas as raças e tamanhos.
A infraestrutura é muito adequada para os cachorros se movimentarem libremente num espaço considerável, e ao mesmo tempo ter uma casa temporária própria com a cama deles para dormir e se alimentar.
As indicações para estadia devem ser atendidas para não ter qualquer problema decorrente do convívio dos cachorros.
 The hotel is great for dogs of all breeds and sizes.
The infrastructure is very suitable for dogs to move freely in a considerable space, and at the same time have their own temporary home with their bed to sleep and feed.
The indications for stay must be attended to in order not to have any problem resulting from the coexistence of the dogs.

Conforme foi solicitado pelo estabelecimento, meu bichinho fez vários exames e passou por consulta com veterinário que não constatou nenhuma doença; tudo documentado e entregue ao hotel. Quando fui buscar meu pet ele estava com carrapatos e fungos e ainda tive o desprazer de ouvir da proprietária que meu cachorro havia "levado" a doença ao hotel e contaminado outros animais. Não sei se foi preconceito contra meu pet, um legítimo SRD. Fuja!
I left my dog at this "hotel" at the beginning of December 2017. As requested by the establishment, my pet underwent several exams and went to a veterinarian who did not find any disease; all documented and delivered to the hotel. When I went to get my pet he had ticks and fungi and I still had the displeasure of hearing from the owner that my dog had "taken" the disease to the hotel and contaminated other animals. I don't know if it was prejudice against my pet, a legitimate SRD. Run!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenho um pet uma são Bernardo de 8 meses gigante e também tenho um seguro pet Itaú que me dá direito a hospedagem do meu cão em casa de viagem mas infelizmente eles não atendem planos de seguros mas o lugar e maravilhoso infelizmente não hospedei lá mas quem sabe no futuro ele comecem a aceitar
I have a pet a giant 8-month old São Bernardo and I also have an Itaú pet insurance that entitles me to hosting my dog in a travel house but unfortunately they do not meet insurance plans but the place is wonderful unfortunately I did not stay there but who knows in the future they will start to accept

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NÃO RECOMENDO! Deixei minha cachorrinha no hotel em última hora porque ela é um cão anti social e a moça que ia ficar com ela, desistiu dias antes da minha viagem. R$ 95,00 a diária achei que ia contar com um local melhor estruturado e higienizado, deixei ela dia 24/02 e peguei dia 27/02 às 11h, local fedido e sujo, estacionamento cheio de coco, os cachorros que estavam juntos com coceiras, cheio de moscas em cima. Achei tudo meio largado nesse hotel, infelizmente. No site diz que os cães passam por avaliação veterinária, MENTIRA. ELA VOLTOU PRA CASA COM CARRAPATO E COM O COTOVELO TODO RALADO, espero que não tenha nenhum problema de pele. Ela estava desesperada pra sair de lá, voltou cheirando a fezes, o mínimo pelo preço da diária, tendo em base a estrutura do local (terra) era estar incluso o banho, mas pra isso teria que pagar a parte. Dificilmente vc recebe uma foto, ou informações sobre como o hóspede está. O que poderia ter sido uma diversão para ela, se tornou um pesadelo. Serviço caro, sem estrutura e carinho.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND! I left my dog at the hotel at the last minute because she is an anti-social dog and the girl who was going to stay with her gave up days before my trip. R$ 95.00 per day I thought I would have a better structured and sanitized place, I left it on 02/24 and picked it up on 02/27 at 11am, stinky and dirty place, parking lot full of coconuts, the dogs that were together with itchy, full of flies on top. I found everything a little left in this hotel, unfortunately. On the website it says that dogs undergo veterinary evaluation, LIE. SHE WENT BACK HOME WITH A TICK AND A GREAT ELBOW, I hope she doesn't have any skin problems. She was desperate to get out of there, she came back smelling of feces, the minimum for the daily price, based on the structure of the place (land) the bath was included, but for that she would have to pay the part. You hardly get a photo, or information about how the guest is. What could have been fun for her turned into a nightmare. Expensive service, without structure and affection.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agendei um day care para meu cachorro e fiquei aguardando no local, sem ser atendida. Pelo que pude notar, pelos latidos haviam vários cachorros lá dentro sem ninguém. Foi após um feriado, logo imagino que eles fiquem lá sem apoio e supervisão por um bom tempo. Infelizmente não recomendo.
I scheduled a day care for my dog and I was waiting at the place, without being attended. As far as I could tell, from the barking there were several dogs in there with no one. It was after a holiday, so I imagine they would be there without support and supervision for quite some time. Unfortunately I don't recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Espaço grande para os nossos bichinhos se integrarem entre si. Estacionamento pequeno, clientes de outros estabelecimentos acabam utilizando. Quando contratei o banho na saída do meu pet após uma hospedagem, ficou a desejar.
Large space for our pets to integrate with each other. Small parking lot, customers from other establishments end up using it. When I hired the bath on the way out of my pet after a stay, it was left to be desired.
