★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é muito bom. Os quartos são simples, mas como já conhecia o hotel, não houve problema. Limpeza muito boa. A localização é excelente, ao lado do metrô. A possibilidade de agendar o café para evitar aglomeração foi um diferencial.
 The service is very good. The rooms are simple, but as I already knew the hotel, there was no problem. Very good cleaning. The location is excellent, right next to the subway. The possibility of scheduling the coffee to avoid agglomeration was a differential.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totalmente satisfeita! Desde o atendimento da reserva(e aqui fica um parabéns para o Sérgio),à todos da recepção, copa e camareiras. Colaboradores atenciosos, a recepção sempre com orientações/dicas(queria lembrar o nome de todos mas parabenizo a Michelle em nome de todos), as camareiras bem zelosas na limpeza e arrumação do quarto, a as meninas da copa tbm. A localização em si é o grande diferencial. Colado com uma estação de metrô (estação paraíso), e pra quem não é de SP e tendo em vista a gama de locais para se visitar, ter uma logística ótima de acesso ao metrô é essencial. E isso o hotel oferece. À poucos metros, é o início da Av. Paulista, o Centro Cultural de SP, Coffee Town, é pxo do Ibirapuera e Aeroporto de Congonhas. O entorno do bairro tbm passa uma sensação de segurança. Com restaurante bem na esquina e com preço acessível (O Tapera), entre padarias, mercadinhos e etc. O custo benefício foi sensacional. Pretendo retornar à SP para visitar os locais q não consegui ver e, tudo colaborar, o Hotel Estação Paraíso é onde ficarei novamente.
Totally satisfied! From the service of the reservation (and here's a congratulations to Sérgio), to all of the reception, pantry and maids. Attentive employees, the reception always with guidelines/tips (I wanted to remember everyone's name but I congratulate Michelle on behalf of everyone), the maids very zealous in cleaning and tidying the room, the girls in the pantry too. The location itself is the big difference. Close to a subway station (paradise station), and for those who are not from São Paulo and in view of the range of places to visit, having great logistics for access to the subway is essential. And this the hotel offers. A few meters away, is the beginning of Av. Paulista, the Cultural Center of SP, Coffee Town, is located at Ibirapuera and Congonhas Airport. The surroundings of the neighborhood also give a feeling of security. With a restaurant right on the corner and at an affordable price (O Tapera), between bakeries, grocery stores and so on. Value for money was amazing. I intend to return to SP to visit the places I couldn't see and, all in all, the Hotel Estação Paraíso is where I will stay again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pontos positivos: Ótima localização, ao lado do metrô e 500 metros da Av Paulista; Hotel limpo, bem cheiroso; Recepção muito educada e prestativa o tempo todo.
Pontos negativos: Espaço do café da manhã apertado, agendamos horário como pedido pela recepção mas mesmo assim estava lotado; TV a cabo, o sistema da NET muito lento, demorava muito tempo pra chegar até um canal, sem contar que apenas 2 canais de filme aberto; Corredores de circulação apertados, as camareiras deixam material no corredor e fica bem complicado a passagem.
Observação: a trava da porta do banheiro (quarto 132) é muito dura, perigoso uma criança ficar presa la dentro.
Positives: Great location, next to the subway and 500 meters from Av Paulista; Hotel clean, smelling good; Reception very polite and helpful at all times.
Negative points: The breakfast space was tight, we booked a time as requested by the reception but it was still crowded; Cable TV, NET's system was very slow, it took a long time to get to a channel, not to mention only 2 open movie channels; Circulation corridors are tight, the maids leave material in the corridor and the passage is very complicated.
Note: the latch on the bathroom door (room 132) is very hard, dangerous for a child to be trapped inside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a wonderful stay in this hotel! Everything was perfect. The staff was very friendly. They speak English. The staff made everything to make our stay comfortable. The location of the hotel is good, the district is safe. The room was big enough. It was exactly the same as on the pictures. The breakfast was delicious. So overall, we had an amazing stay in Hotel Estacao Paraiso. Definitely recommend this hotel if you are coming to Sao Paulo.
