★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good option in Belem. Friendly staff, spacious rooms and good price. They have rooms facing the beautiful park across the street. It's a pity the neighborhood is dangerous according to hotel staff and Uber drivers.

Worst breakfast I ever had. (Only fruits are not ruined)
Keycards needs to be reactivated Everytime you walk to the room.
Noisy AC.
Water pressure varies a lot, sometimes no hot water is provided.
Laundry is a 3rd party company which doesn't accept card, only cash. Yell for receipt or you're lost).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor services provided at this hotel and poor relations from the staff. The hotel was clean alright and location great, it is located in the heart of downtown, where you can walk to access the mall, shopping areas and restuarants, but very poor services overall. It appears at times that I was a bother to them.... not even a cup of tea I could get for my wife who was sick, the staff was unhelpful and inflexible, I would not go back to that hotel even if it was for free and neither would I recommend it to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have no idea how this place has so many good reviews. The bed was uncomfortable and they did not even give me a top sheet, just a blanket that I dare not use, pillows and mattress were a joke.
The shower had so much mold, I skipped showering, the room had hairballs in the floor.
