★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is average, housekeeping does a poor job, left my dirty dishes from room service the night before in my room. Bathroom ceiling looks like there was a huge leak. One morning without hot water, one evening with electricity in my room going on and off for over an hour. Food is very average. Sound echoes through the passages and ends up being very noisy. I have not felt the need to complain about an overall experience until now

After one month there was fraud activity 4 transactions in a row and money got debited via ATM's around 500 USD. Likely to be hotel staff who is doing the fraud activity . Please make sure while doing payment in this hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Situated at one of the best and secured neighborhoods in São Paulo, not far from one of the most famous park in São Paulo, ibirapuera park. Best place to relax when visiting the city, Highly and intercontinental standards. Well composed receptionists, neat properties, most impressive aspect is the breakfast, looking forward to be there some other times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel is walking distance to shopping and restaurants. The room was good size and clean, well represented as in its photos on their website. Breakfast was included and had many options which we enjoyed. The staff was friendly. Although we didn’t get a chance to use it because it rained during our nights stay it has a nice outdoor pool. Would recommend this hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is situated in one of the best neighborhoods in Sao Paulo. And the good things end up here. The hotel is not one the cheapers, but offers a mediocre service. Vallet service takes more than 15 minutes to park your car and it costs 25 reais per day. Beds with spring mattress, quite soft. Room was very noisy, you can hear all the conversation in the aisle. The staff is not well prepared. Someone hanged the phone twice when i asked for the internet, without solving my issue. The time to check in / check out is too high. Breakfast is ok, same from cheaper hotels.
