★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a sophisticated hotel and the room is comfortable, but the service definitely not worth the price!!!! They took one week to fix my lamp, do not deliver laundry on time, sometimes don't even take off the trash. But the worst of all is that the hotel never assume responsibility for their actions!!! Always claiming that it was an error by an specific employee or by third parties, and for this reason they never give us a solution for their mistakes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Big promise, low performing. My stay was far away of “exceeding your expectations” or “excellent service”. Check-in and -out is unbelievable slow and you can watch the staff to stare in silence to their screens for minute over minute... also at breakfast or in the bar, a friendly service was not noticeable . The rooms are big enough although the bathroom could be a bit bigger. More annoying was the poorly soundproof is the rooms. All in all it was ok, but not for booking a brand hotel like Melia and therefor not for the price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice lobby and rooms. Staff is generally helpful, kindy, polite, nice customer service. Rooms utilize space very well, and bathrooms are large and incredible nice, ar conditioner is good, check-in and check-out is always quick and the Meliá Hotel has a very good location.

About 30 min drive from the São Paulo International Airport.
Very central location but a bit out of the core, yet close to shopping and restaurants.
The check in process was easy, the front desk staff spoke English (it’s been very difficult to communicate with a lot of people with language barrier)
Diego was extremely helpful!
The rooms were decent, very neutral decor and Clean sheets! The bed was extra comfortable. The sitting chase aka two seat sofa, was perfect for the kids to chill on.
The washrooms however were extremely small and very confining. The shower was a little cube! One person could not move around freely forget two people getting ready in there!
Breakfast was part of the deal, nothing too great! The eggs were not real eggs just a runny mess and tasteless goo.
We got our rest and that was key. Would I book a stay there again, no.
Too pricey in my opinion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms are comfortable, very clean and modern. Reasonable price, good breakfast. Parking is available. Friendly and nice staff. The location is the best, just a few minutes away from restaurants, shopping centers, parks, etc. Highly recommended!
