★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Local limpo, cama confortavel, porem cafe da manha cobrado a parte sem aviso no app, e sem opçao alguma, poderia melhorar.
 Clean place, comfortable bed, but breakfast charged separately without notice in the app, and without any option, could improve.

Os funcionários do dia mal respondia o que se perguntava ( só no celular)

Vantagem ser perto do hospital.
Precisam melhorar o atendimento, quando chegamos o rapaz da portaria " não estava" uma senhora da faxina nos atendeu fez a ficha da melhor maneira que pode, quando nos dirigirmos para o quarto o rapaz da portaria chegou a senhora disse já fiz a ficha vê se está bom, vão para o quarto 6, ele nem levantou os olhos do celular para ver nossa cara, se limitou a responder : ah tá bom.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quarto limpo, mas são há sa bonte no quarto, tem que solicitar, café da manhã HORRIVEL, apenas umas bisnaguinhas ( daquelas mini que se compra em mercado) margarina, café e leite em pó. Ao pegar o controle do ar condicionado, somos orientados a só ligar o aperelho, como se fossemos ignorante (de ignorar) o funcionamento de um controle de split. A noite muito barulho do quarto de cima e um bate porta no corredor que toda hora se acorda. Durante o dia, se precisa de algo da recepção tem que ficar andando pelo hotel atrás dos funcionarios, A única vantegem está na proximidade do Hospital BOS.

O quarto é bem simples, o banheiro estava cm azulejos caindo.
Café da manhã fraquisssimo.
Chegamos às 8:00 , encontramos algumas fatias de pão, bolachas secas, suco de caixinha e café, e mais nada.
O valor da diária é muito alta pelo serviço oferecido.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pontos positivos: próximo ao BOS, próximo a rodoviária,
Quarto confortável, camas boas, tem estacionamento, local limpo.
Pontos negativos: café fraco e se outros hóspedes não acordarem cedíssimo não conseguem comer pois, não há reposição das coisas e isso é injusto porquê, pagaram para ter o serviço. Grandes hotéis como o ibis ,por exemplo, tem a mesma faixa de preço e oferece café muito bom, então fica a sugestão. Outro ponto foi o abandono da portaria durante o fim de semana, eu precisei de uma água e não tive suporte. Como a maioria das pessoas que se hospedam lá não são de Sorocaba e consequentemente, não conhecem nada, o hotel deveria da um suporte melhor. E último ponto: deveriam ser mais gentis, hospitaleiros, receptivos e comunicativos isso é importantíssimo para que o cliente se sinta acolhido e bem recebido pois, um atendimento bom faz com certeza o cliente voltar. E vi muitos comentários quase unânimes reclamando das mesmas coisas e infelizmente nada mudou.
Infelizmente não volto a me hospedar.

Large hotels like the ibis, for example, have the same price range and offer very good coffee, so this is a suggestion. Another point was the abandonment of the ordinance during the weekend, I needed water and I didn't have support. As most of the people who stay there are not from Sorocaba and therefore, they don't know anything, the hotel should be better supported. And last point: they should be more kind, hospitable, receptive and communicative. This is very important for the customer to feel welcomed and well received, as good service will certainly make the customer return. And I saw many almost unanimous comments complaining about the same things and unfortunately nothing has changed.
Unfortunately I won't be staying again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O Hotel é uma ótima opção pra quem vai se consultar no BOS, os quartos são bem limpos, banheiro deveria ter prateleiras pra colocar sabão e outras coisas próximo do chuveiro, o café realmente deixa a desejar pelo valor da diária, mesmo chegando cedo as opções são muito poucas.
